AEW made ricochet look like a cowardly bitch in that segment.
Imagine booking your recent babyface signing, who's also challenging for the NJPW championshp be bullied and berated by heels without any comeback.

Anora (2024)

If the hype seems too good to be true, it probably is…

Ever since its screening at Cannes, Anora has been receiving high praise, touted as one of the movies of the year and even getting Oscar buzz. Naturally, I was excited when it finally arrived on digital this week. However, my joy quickly turned to disappointment after watching it.

The story follows a stripper who enters a whirlwind contract relationship with the son of a Russian oligarch, culminating in a marriage that the disapproving oligarch attempts to annul.

If this movie hadn't been hyped as one of the best of the year, I might have accepted it for what it is: a basic, run of the mill film. But no, the hype promised more. I kept waiting for something spectacular to happen, something to wow me. Yet, after the first act, it devolves into predictable clichés with no spark or originality.

Worse still, at a bloated runtime of over two hours, it felt like an eternity waiting for something to justify all the acclaim. But nothing did. Admittedly, the final scene was somewhat profound, but it only lasted about a minute, and by that point, the replay value had already plummeted to zero. I can’t imagine sitting through this again.

The second time i am falling for the Sean Baker ruse😩, one of those directors that would release any basic flick and get unnecessary high praise for no reason.
So, is this your average, overhyped film? Yes. Is it the masterpiece the buzz promised? Absolutely not.

5/10

He won all those with Madrid except just one. Which means without Madrid he wouldn't have. Reason why he insisted on retiring at Madrid rather than go else where.

And you said I'm the one that's not smart.

No one can embody Superman as Henry Cavill.

No way this gunn Superman can be close to man of steel.

I so much want to see the dark Superman with Darkseid. Even if it's animation, I'll Watch it.

I wan see how flash reversed it all. Ans what happened to Darkseid. Died or what?

Special Ops: Lioness season 1 and 2 ............ 8/10

I avoided this show before because I thought it was some "girl power girl boss" nonsense...

But the title is quite misleading..

It's a real solid show...
They didn't make the female lead some kind of superhuman girlboss...

The male characters were not useless at all...in fact they were more experienced on the field...

Veterans actually had their moments to show why they were Veterans...

Lol
