I don't get the mode of elimination of this royal rumble, for example Shasa banks was not in the ring but later came in.
What really happened?

You have to go over the top rope with both ur feet touching the floor to be eliminated...

You can go over the top rope without both your feet touching the floor which means you are not eliminated yet...
You can also go out through the bottom ropes whether ur feet touches the floor or not you are not eliminated
