Its no opinion that "ITS A MAN'S JOB TO RESPECT WOMEN". Of course it is a man's job to respect women but it is conditional by the very nature of RESPECT itself, which is that respect is reciprocal. Hence, the condition is:

"IT'S A WOMAN'S JOB TO GIVE HIM SOMETHING TO RESPECT".

Which balances the equilibruim perfectly on both edges. NO SENTIMENTS!!!

If a woman doesn't respect herself it is NOT REALISTIC for her to get respect from men, even from her fellow women who have learnt SELF DISCIPLINE, SELF RESPECT. Its human nature, a law of reciprocal, vice-versa, respect is earned not given.

More than anything my posts' goal are about SELF ESTEEM which is really lacking in a lot of women today, a DISGRACEFUL trend embraced with pride.

Women are the life line of any society, they are the very foundation to mention the least. Once the foundation gets CRACKED intensively, the society falls into SHAMBLES as it is eminent every where we look.
