I know fruits are very essential and am just planning on how to change my diet totally and include fruits .

Good morning puffynana, I use this 60cl nestle bottle water. I fill them and refridgerate.
100cl is eauivalent to I litre
So depending on how many bottles of it I drink I convert to Litre and post
I don't drink water much so its mostly during eating or exercise I drink one of it

So most times you drink like 4 bottles, u really don't drink much water.

Will workout this evening to makeup for it
It's cool to take a day or two off in a week if u feel pains.

Just finished my set of skipping I think I prefer it to jogging now. Will be jogging once in a while for now. With that number I feel it's more effective than jogging.

Cool, do you know estimate of how many mins it takes you for the 600skips?
Have not being checking time till today. I started a new program and I did 1050 skips in 28mins (rest time included).

Started with 300, then 250,200,150,100,50.
Started with jumping then change to the normal skipping style wen tired or when the shoulders are weak. I try not to stop between the count though it's normal to miss footing a few times.

I had a very stressful day, moving in the town inside the excessively hot sun. Everyone I did business with were abnormally harsh I felt like beating up all of them.
Then I remembered I Had to subscribe for mtn data. After every recharge I was getting a message that I received 100% bonus valid for 2 days.(recharged 3500). After subscribing, I searched for my bonus credit but cudnt find them, I no complain.
I tried resting from the days wahala only to start receiving msgs from callerstune. I dint bother reading as I av never subscribe for any callerstune before. (who callerstune Don epp). Was deleting the messages when I saw that I av being charged for 50naira for callerstune. Called MTN then one Mary was saying maybe I subscribed mistakenly (I de crase?) well the best she could offer was to deactivate the service for me. But me I need my hard earned 50naira back.
Please av heard of NCC. Can someone give me their number? I need my money.

UPS or inverter about 1k5 or 8k
Cable 4h per yard
The output current of the CC is not high enough for the inverter if connected and battery.
Only the UPS in d above estimate ain't brand new.
I suggest you get one of those laptop power banks if there's gen to charge at night (I don't own one so can't really talk on the charge rate using gen or output) instead of setting up solar panel that won't serve you well and give you a nasty experience...
My brother from what u said, do u mean that the current from one solar panel will not be able to charge d battery and power the inverter /ups at the same time?
If so will doubling the panel solve the problem

there is 130w solar panel of around 27k, then a 30amp charge controller of 8k.the setup is okay, but i will still advice u to get a bigger solar panel of 200w, cos when u start using it, u will surely like to upgrade soon.
