CONSTIPATION occurs when bowel movement become difficult or less frequent than normal. The frequency or period between bowel movements differs from one person to another. Some people may have bowel many times a day, some may be once a day while others have only one to two times a week. Going longer than 3 days without a bowel movement is too long. After 3 days your stool become harder and become difficult to pass that will make you to strain.


CONSTIPATION SYMPTOMS
√ Feeling as though you can't completely empty the stool from your rectum.
√ Passing fewer than three stools a week.
√ Straining to have bowel movements.
√ Having lumpy or hard stools.
√ Needing help to empty your rectum such as using your finger to remove stool from your rectum.
√ Feeling as though there is a blockage in rectum that prevent bowel movements.

GOUT that is also known as gouty arthritis is caused by excess URIC ACID in the blood stream. Gout causes severe pain, swelling and stiffness in a joint. It usually affect the joint in the BIG TOE.
