So I applied for Form A with Acces bank for over 30days now it has been in adb_disbursement_review, so I decided to mail Access Bank as per time is going and no change, the replied saying I didn't write a letter Authorizing them (Access Bank) to debit my account, although I have written an uploaded it on Tradesystem, I want to know if anybody has experienced this kind o thing

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production.
A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
RESPONSIBILITY
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Maintain activity logs
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as a machine operator
* Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
* Understanding of production procedures
* Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)

Supervision of welders
Responsibility for Health Safety and Environment at the workshop (along with the Workshop Supervisor)

Working with welders to learn proper welding techniques in MIG, TIG and Stick welding of various steel structures and process skids.
Supervising fabrication and welding work at the workshop,

Read/Interpret drawings and blue prints.
Take responsibility for the safety and security of tools and equipment in the workshop.

Develop and maintain the company’s Welding Procedure Specifications.

Requirements

HSE Knowledge is VITAL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Generate the fabrication drawings
Prepare fabrication details for skid base frame, sunshade structure, ladder and platforms structures, pipe supports, etc… as per good engineering
practice and applicable client specification and standards.
Prepare fabrication details of ASME pressure vessels and atmospheric tanks based on calculation notes and sketches prepared by design engineer.
Understand structural steel sections, the welding details (type and symbols), and the bolting details for bolted connections
Generate isometric and piping spools drawings with Bill of Material.
Assist the design engineers in verification the material requests as prepared by fabrication engineers.
Generate 3D Models
Prepare 3D Models based on AutoCAD

Miscellaneous
Develop new blocks and templates (part of engineering standardization project).
Provide prints, soft copies of the issued drawings.
Prepare As-Built drawings as Mark-Up drawings prepared by fabrication engineer.
Upload issued drawings to client documentation control system
Prepare and submit daily time sheet
