what you heard is not all truth, they will soon invited successful applicants for written exams very soon, though, they were people that came through back door, some started work since last year even though they are yet to be paid their salary, but the ongoing mass recruitment would soon be completed but the number of people that will be employed have drastically be reduced. The reason for the delay is not what I can divulge here. God bless us all
