Notice: All those who have been bombarding my email for fresh match/Rematch, now is the time to send me your info. It's becoming increasingly difficult for me to pay attention to this forum, so I am gonna help match prospective interns for the LAST time. I will also Rematch the rest, as long as they provide company information for the rematch. SURE-P GIS has put a temporal stop on Matching/Rematching until fund is approved for it by the National Assembly. They can only continue paying interns that are already engaged in the scheme. I would however, conduct final Match/Rematch for interns in here. Instructions: 1. For a fresh matching, provide the company information for such matching (Company approvals is suspended for now). 2. For Rematch, provide the information of the company you were manually matched with at an internship fair venue. 3. Company information should be provided in this format: (i) Name of Company (ii) Address of Company (iii) Name, Phone Number and Position of a contact person in the company. 4. Approved hire limit of such company 5. Number of interns currently engaged with the company. Company information with interns data should be sent to my email address directly. If you have not had any email correspondence with me yet, then drop your email address and I will contact you. I will give you all a 5-day window to send me the required information.
For outstanding payments issue, ensure that your employer had filled and submitted the Outstanding payment sheet and followed the necessary steps of re-marking the time-sheets. If your employer has not done this yet, beseech him/her to do so, (Even though the 9th of February deadline has long passed) it would still be treated against February stipend payment. Stipends for January has been released today, so make sure your message settings is alright. Alert things.

@Puntersmind, we had our Exit Training Program between 29th and 31st December 2014 in Osogbo, Osun State. Some of the interns among us had received their training allowance on Tuesday 10th February while some of us are yet to receive anything. We received the training at the same time and at the same venue. Should that call for concern?

My take? Your employer should fill another bank opening form (so that your correct account number will be inserted), attach it, with an explanatory mail and send to operations, also he/she should fill your previous months time-sheets and send.

pls Puntersmind I was not paid DEC stipend like my colleagues. when I checked my profile I noticed wrong account no I quickly alerted my employer who called and mailed sure p.. I also did likewise. we were told it will be corrected and Dec and Jan paid same time. But up till now the wrong account no is still there on my profile. am just worried .. please what's ur take on this?

Wait till payments starts, will check it next week.

I just need ur advice on what to do pertaining my situation.
I got matched december 2014 wit Jesil pharmaceutical industry in Minna of which, we, as in the interns all got our december stipends but d trouble started when d GIS website was closed 4 maintenance, which made all our infomation on our profile went back to d initial stage when we were accepted.
The time sheet disappeared, my status changed n my account number also disappeared. I decided to 1st notify my employer which he also told me he was waiting 4 January timesheet. We decided to contact d customer care and on my case, i was told it would be rectified.
Infact to cut d story short, submission of january timesheet has been closed and nothing has been done on our case. Even my employer has been finding it difficult to login wit the link the customer care sent to him.
My issue is how do we now redeem january stipend when collecting februarys' if my case is rectified b4 then?

My experience from the Kito'o' hall abeokuta was not pleasant having had to meet with firms that could not access their gis account to accept interns. This I have sent you but nothing happen still.
