Really? Not True. It was initially 18k and was reviewed upward to 25k after about a year and was again reviewed upwards to the present amount - 30k about a year after the second stipend review. I believe it WILL be reviewed upwards yet again very soon to perhaps 40k.

Just to state here that I purposely do not respond to persons here that ask me to match them with one ICT, Manufacturing, Printing firms etc or the other. We have long passed the period that you just get matched with any random company, because Firstly, many companies have absorbed interns up to their hire limit. Secondly, from experience, just getting interns matched to random companies breeds a lot of undesirable issues: some of the Companies out-rightly reject the interns involved, other ones, who accept such interns, go ahead to frustrate the intern as time goes on. It's advisable you get a company that is already SURE-P-GIS-approved, and is AWARE that you are getting matched with them. This week and the next is Alert week, so enjoy your hard work but spend wisely. Take yourself out and enjoy a little. You possibly deserve it.

If u open the account at the sure p designated branch they will surely give 207... knowing that u are an intern. But the problem of other branch might b given u another account that doesn't match the above, though I don't know the risk involve but Puntersmind advised using account with 207... which correspond with what I was given recently at d bank.
If u can talk to them at the other branch and explain to them that u are intern and beside u need account with 207...then that will be okay, though all this is been advocated to guard against unforeseen circumstances.

I wrote and passed the forecom/Gis test, participated in the verification exercise, opened an account number with UBA and forwarded same to sure-p when i was requested to do so by sure-p through sms.

However, a friend i met on the verification day called me on friday informing me that he has received an alert for november stipend, i have waited since friday till now but i have not gotten any alert for my own stipend. Please sir/ma, i want to know my own fate.

I have been jobless since i graduated from the university and has been turned to an object of mockery by those who do not know what is obtainable in the society today.
