There's a lot question you have to ask the seller before paying for the car no matter how clean the car might appears to you , like if the original owner bought it tincan cleared , if its not tincan cleared maybe from cotonou ask if the custom paper have been fixed because documentations matter most in purchasing a vehicle if not police will get exactly the amount you purchase the car from you within a year you purchased it , there are sellers on here like a guy i could remember trying to sell a toyota camry 2001 for 720k i called him and asked if the documents are intact he said the car has been used for 2 years and how could i be asking for documentsimagine does it mean he is going to give the buyer a receipt after payment like he purchased a dvd be very very careful while purchase a car , when it appears too cheap there's surely a serious issue with the car

What he meant is an average car does 12000 miles a year. A ten year old car is supposed to have about 120k miles. If you now see 180k or 200k miles on a ten year old car it is high milage. Similarly, if a ten year old car has 50k miles, it is posible but suspicious.
I will rather go for a high milage but well maintained instead of adjusted or suspicious low milage.
Car is about maintenance, my close friend has a honda currently at 270k miles no shortage of oil, no smoke.
There is no computer known to me that determines car mileage.

Oh i see , Inspector ha well what i have experienced in the past about vehicle things is that it is most times worst to go with a vehicle inspector to inspect a vehicle for you because na eye the inspector and the car dealer go take talk to each other on % level like what they did to me at Ladipo when i carry my mechanic go there not to be robbed by ladipo boys i was over robbed and over paid and even buy car bumper wey i know need , God help us in this country

What is just confusing here is this , for example i and my friend went for a honda baby boy same day 2000 model toks and after using the vehicle for 6months we decided to sell it off , we sure can't be on same mileage calculation because he might be using his more than me , if we are to calculate it on mileage per year we will get same calculation is it not confusing and how could someone be so sure vehicle mileage doesn't affect the vehicle

Mr siena asked me on the link if it was insured and i answered yes because i bought the vehicle toks and the seller said some rubbish when i called him if the vehicle was insured and it also stated on the docs that the vehicle was insured

Thanks KOMBE but i need deep information about it you said years times 12000 miles , what if the buyer purchases it and doesn't use it regularly until like after a year before selling it and another person purchases his same day and uses it regularly or over regularly and wanted to sell it after a year won't it read same miles with your own explanation

I am asking this question because most cars prices are either expensive or cheaper depending on the mileage , how easy is it to calculate the mileage is it possible for an ordinary buyer to walk up to a car dealer show room and calculate the mileage himself or you just have to take what the car dealer says , is it computer the normal laptop used in calculating it or how? please advises i needed not abuses cause i know some people are on here that wake up from a nightmare and would want to shake it off by cursing or abusing other people ,,Thanks good people please reply
