Why don't Atheists worship their No-god directly Sir? They all know many struggling people that can be helped. Is it because their No-god want people to suffer.

According to my Bible(dunno if you believe in it), We are admonished to give One-Tenth of our income to our pastors.

Why? I'm sure you know who an Ambassador is. They are standing for God in catering for all of God's people. So God strategically channelled our getting blessed and other privileges to how faithful we are in obeying that.
