Was it not last week, an older female neighbour requested of me that I help her change her bulbs, carrying my chair, I went to her room on only boxer shorts and singlet, when I was about to climb my chair that I had at this time put in her room, I just don't know what aroused me maybe it was the cold or the hunger, na so my abuna just stand erect. I was trying to conceal it with a hand but as you know, you need both hands to change a bulb. When the supposedly bad bulb was out and the new one in, I grabbed my chair...

A clergy cum politician, Ralph Nwoye has been confirmed by the Enugu State House of Assembly as the new deputy governor of the state.
According to Premium Times Report, Mr Nwoye’s name was forwarded to the Assembly on Wednesday, August 27, after the former deputy governor, Sunday Onyebuchi was impeachedby the Enugu State House of Assembly on Tuesday for allegedly raising chickens behind his official quarters and misconduct.


Though very little is known about Nwoye’s political history, he is said to be a former caretaker local government chairman in the state.
It was also learnt that he is a pastor at the Christ Ascension Church in Enugu.

The move to remove Onyebuchi is believed to have been the handiwork of the state governor, Sullivan Chime.

The impeached deputy governor had told the impeachment panel set up by the state’s chief judge that Mr. Chime also operated a piggery at the Government House, while also insisting that he did not commit any offence that should have warranted his impeachment.

The love between the two male partners which started on Facebook, ended up with murder in a Lagos hotel room.
According to the report by PM News in connection with the incident, the police at State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, Yaba, arrested one Michael Okorocha, 24, and the manager of the hotel located at Oke Afa area of the state. The suspect is accused of killing the 20-year old man identified as Okere Chinedu John.
It is reported that the two men, believed to be homosexuals, got acquainted on social media. Okorocha allegedly lured the late victim to the hotel room with the intention of having sex with him. However John resisted Okorocha’s attempt, which resulted in a tragedy.
According to police, after killing the man, Okorocha left the hotel, lying to the staff that he wanted to buy something outside. The naked body of the victim was discovered by the hotel management performing routine checks in the rooms.
The case was immediately reported to the police and the suspect was nabbed with the help of John’s parents. It is reported that Okorocha confessed to the crime saying he committed it in anger because John refused to have sex with him. The man is currently at Ikoyi Prison pending the advice of the Directorate of Public Prosecution.
It will be recalled that in the beginning of the year, Nigeria’s President Goodluck Jonathan signed the bill outlawing gay relationships. The law stipulates for 14 years of imprisonment to “a person who enters into a same sex marriage contract or civil union”
