Scan and fax the photocopies of the certificates to them using Hellofax. However please write your reference number on each certificate. But why are you evaluating your BSC when you have a masters?

Yet to receive msc cert. should be ready in 1 month time.

Please did your Bsc transcript get there before the 10th of March, mine did on the 12th and still showing not received.
For your certificate part, hellofax can be used to send it. Write your WES reference number on a photocopy and fax it to them.

Anyway, you need a PC, Mi Unlock Tool, Mi Flash Tool
First step is to unlock bootloader
After successful unlocking
You download full fastboot/Recovery ROM(Don't know if Recovery ROM would work Cc: GrandMufti) for Mi Note 10
Then flash
