For anyone trying to get an extra certificate, you can do acca diploma (f1-f3) and wes evaluates it as one year college level certificate. I got my ECA today and that was what was written there.

unless i request for a new gcms before i know what really happened. Its either the senior officer it was sent to passed the pensions or they used the new pof. I wouldn't know.

I tried sending my transcript accroas to WES which was successful and got the screenshot below.

Please did your Bsc transcript get there before the 10th of March, mine did on the 12th and still showing not received.
For your certificate part, hellofax can be used to send it. Write your WES reference number on a photocopy and fax it to them.

Actually, for work permit you don't need LMIA. If one has a job offer, the fellow can get work permit. LMIA comes into play when the fellow with work permit wants to apply for PR. Work permit is like work visa.

Wow! Part 9 already. Congratulations ednut. What you said is not completely true, I am glad your GCMS came and revealed that RR was marked on your POF which based on what happened to our application as well I can conclude that it played a "major" role is delaying your PPR. Yes some folks are lucky with PFA but a larger folk are not and reason why it's flagged. As a smart guy which made you order your GCMS, imagine what would have happened if your haven't? Our PPR was delayed too due to flagged PFA as part of POF. So since then I have encouraged guys do all you can not to include PFA in your summed POF because some VO no get joy. Let PFA not "delay" to supposedly arrival of PPR.
