Ok.. So guys this is for every one having issues with the video stuff. It's quite easy and here is the easy way out.
First off record your video and make sure it doesn't exceed 3 mins.
For those who can't record at a stretch get a phone (preferably) that allows u to pause a video while recording and then continue ( not all phones allows that). So u can pause after each question get urself together for the next question and just hit the play button to continue the recording.
Use ur phone front camera ( has a smaller pixel hence lesser quality and size), the size of a video recorded using a phone should be a lot smaller than that of a computer (I guess).
Secondly when u are satisfied with what u have recorded try checking for the details/ properties of the video you have just recorded under options, that shows u the size of what you have. Trust me it would be more than 100mb.
Thirdly now what u need to do for all android phones go to play store to download a very good video compressor app.. I can recommend one ( I used video panda compressor). Very easy to use, open app n just follow instructions to compress. Amazingly it compressed a 190mb video to 6mb, that was for small quality so I felt it was too low so I tried large quality option and now I have 47mb. Save the video
Lastly upload it on GQ platform. U will be amazed at the speed of upload, the quality of picture and sound.

Send it to somebody on whatsapp and tell the person to send it back to you. You will be amazed the size would be reduced to like 6mb

No, I recorded and uploaded. I didn't encounter all the hiccups most people are complaining about. I used my phone to fail resume and upload passport. Then I did test with laptop. After which I recorded the video and uploaded.

Well.....I greet all of una. I have actually been a ghost member here. I think it was the whistle blowing act that I only shared here since I joined. However, I have actually learnt from all of your contributions.

I did mine not too long. They really fired me with lots of questions. Maybe they wanted to see me fail or what.....or maybe to strengthen their resolve.

1. Tell us about yourself. I talked.....wen they heard I was running an online mba, they asked wen likely will I finish. Also, wen they heard I won an award for the best customer service officer in my present job, they asked about the evidence. I. Wen I was applying for this role.....I looked out for the KPI but I saw none.....is it after the training that the KPI will come up? He said yes.....so they can prove your strengths & be sure you're placed there. He said just like you have had experience in operation, we might place you there pending on your performance during the training.
II. So wen am I resuming? They started laughing & the HR man said tomorrow.

I tried severally to open the door but it refused.....The lady got up & tried but still the same thing....at that point, I humorously told them the door wants me to resume immediately & they all started laughing. At that point, some one outside came & open the door.
