Procedure:
1. Seller and Buyer sign MOU & Deposit the signed copy in their respective Banks.
2. Buyer issue Corporate Cheque and send scan copy to Seller for the Naira Equivalent.
3. Seller confirm the Corporate Cheque and issue $ Pre-Advice covering the $ Request Amount ; be it OffShore to OffShore, Offshore to Inflow, or Inflow to Inflow. And also credit the buyer’s USD account.
4. Upon seller’s Telex to buyer, buyer credit seller Naira account and all other beneficiaries on the MOU.
