6). SELLER WILL PROVIDE DEBIT ALERT IMMEDIATELY, AND LATER PROVIDE TELEX COPY WITHIN 2 - 4 BANKING DAYS.

7). BUYER CONFIRMS TELEX AND DOLLARS, THEN THE PND ON SELLER’S ACCOUNT WILL BE LIFTED AND SELLER SHALL PAY DUE COMMISSIONS TO ALL INTERMEDIARIES ACCOUNTS AS STATED/STIPULATED ON THIS SIGNED AND EXCHANGED MOU.
