Those respective leaders have all made attempt to dump the USD to go for alternative, but they get invaded by the US... Gaddafii for example want to issue a general currency in north africa if possible the whole of africa but was turned down and killed, now look at libya..
same thing with afghanistan presi..., also assad made an attempt, now look at syria!... terrorism is just wearing the mask of religion(islam) its more of a govt fighting govt.. now Iran govt also dumped the USD today hoping to stop oil export to the west because of trump recent immigration ban..

I would say go with a free reputable host.

Blogger is good but full of limitations unless you know how to dig in to code.

Use wordpress and learn with that free host until the time you can be comfortable paying for your own hosting.

what makes good domains for parking are:
very global searches - SG
CPC must be at least $5 upward
and the traffic must be low, it should be in thousands. i.e the lower the traffic the better as 1900 traffic is better than 19000 in domaining. Use those criteria and search on expireddomains.net
