like the other person mentioned, when an interview get to a stage of meeting the CEO, of course, it means u have been considered but u just need to convinced the CEO that the HR have not make a mistake considering u.

After you may have met with the CEO (if applicable) or you are required to meet with the Head of Human Resources who will do you an offer formally. Sometimes you might be told during the interview process what they want to pay you and or ask you what your projected take home is like. This is where many goof or hammer! If you know your onions and you name a price even well above their budget, they may come scrambling and begging you to reduce your offer or break bank to allow it.

Before you are invited to see the CEO it means u must have done extra well, so chill and get to meet him, make sure you tell him your mind, they wont stand to loose you... goodluck

Most likely you made good grades at the test or interview stage and they want you to meet the CEO for a final interview or offer. Most times the final interview with the CEO is just for formality sake and at other times you even get fired before employed if the CEO nor like your face All the best shaaa
