@poster is suffering from inferiority complex. What makes a doctor a doctor is the superior intellectualism. This is the standard all over the world. The best brains study medicine and surgery and should as well be the head of the team. If you can survive med school and live through residency training program to be a consultant then you can aspire to lead the healthteam. Almost all of allied health workers are half baked in Nigeria without intimidating credentials and academic /research papers, yet they want respect and equality on a platter of gold. |
