The card can be purchased at Jamb Off. Banks n some Café accredited centres... Afta filling n submitting online, u wil av a print out which u wil take along with some of ur sch info like ur admisn leta, notificatn of result, o'level n submit them to d nearest jamb off at ur locatn... Thnx!

For d certificate... It will only av ur grade which wil b issued to u by ur sch at l8r date in future depending on ur schl's administratn... Statement/transcript may be classified as d same... It consists of update info about ur courses n scores obtained during ur programmes at schl which has been documented on d sch comp system to be printed... Thnx. So a transcript is needed as a document which wil speak for ur name in other schls for admisn process. Thnx!

@ qualcoms he can't apply for medicine, he can only apply for those courses i've said earlier.and so he can't choose unilorin and ui am not so sure about oau.but to the best of my knowledge no school will admit slt into medicine and other courses i've listed. speaking from experience.

@ usuf.... take it easy young man. Check my previous post u read n reconfirm what I posted by reading it again... I didn't mention medicine, I said 'med. Rehab', meaning 'medical rehabilation' ok? Evri1 has his/her own experience or knowledge based on research. ok? Pls young man...mr usuf... Wat r my chances of getting d admission in funaab as my first choice. I am wit my OND result now and my O'level result wit 2 sittings. Pls explain 2 mean abt transcript is it d same tin as OND result.

Applying to funnaab is a gud option n make it ur first choice plz. However, the transcript is diff. 4rm OND result, notification or statement of result. Ur transcript can only be issued to u by ur sch based on d fact dat u need it to process admisn at anoda institn and it contains updated information about ur acamedic perfermances on each course u offered thruout ur programme. So, u nid to get back to ur sch l8r n get d transcript as soon as possible from d sch admin at exams n records... Thanks!

Wel, d reason 4 ur statement is to get d best of diz 2013 D.E., be rest assured to secure an admissn... Akby: Yup a student... The thing is u can't swap Engineering for College of Medicine (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and co) so it's not gonna work! Elect/elect and other engineering courses ur best option

Akby: For as many that wanna choose UI. UI admission is not automatic. Out of 41,396 Jambites who applied last year, UI admitted 2,652 that's about 5% of the total applicants. UI admits the best brains allover for u guys to come together and slug it out. I'm not saying this to discourage u guys just that u can have a clue of the brains u gonna meet when u resume. Moreso it's very simple loool... I beg no get HIGH BP ooooo looool. Apply and ur admission is secured once u have a minimum of Upper credit. Success y'all

Akby: For those who are planning to choose UI... The school academic calendar stated that u guys are resuming November 11 this year all things being equal. So after obtaining the form and doing all the process the admission might be fast cos JAMBITES admission would be done first before u guys! With Jamb writing their exam on April 27th, UI post jamb follows and admission list get pasted before DE candidates are attended to. UI DON'T conduct exams for DE student only fresh 100L Jambites get tested with exams. All things being equal u are resuming on Nov 11 2013. Coming with other schools soon. Success y'all
