It is not as u think bro. First, be informed that the number of applicants for First Bank GT is far larger than that of Fidelity Bank. And, be informed that the number of successful candidates/intakes for First Bank is larger too.

FBN TS has started since February in Batches, specifically for Conversion guys and gradually in turn, it get to us soon.

Keep calm.... we are sailing... we are getting there soon!

TS for GT is 3months while that of Conversion guys is 4-5 wks

The second (last) batch of Service Executives (Conversion staff) TS commenced yesterday.

Yeah... they should be using 4-5weeks

@Akin I get you clear... @daseento , yh u r right too. But we will remain positive and trust the faithful God.

I think it would have just been ok to ask them 'is there any question for me, pls?'

Maybe this could have prompt one.

And I that HCP/FBN deserves an accolade. The set up/organisation was great. They are sweet people, they did well.

I just wish they can spread it out more to make it a little more convenient/less stressful for them. If they can reduce the participants per day and have more weeks for the AC. I hope they can raise more money to finance the recruitment so that the operations can be easier

I had my AC towards the end of the exercise.
I'll share my experiences as follows:

Group discussion:
This was the first exercise I had , we weren't up to 6 in my group, well, I spoke first and contributed my points, another guy followed, and we all spoke at turns.
At a point, I had to call the attention of my colleagues to the limited time we had, while a contributor was dragging her contribution for so long with unnecessary stories, though, I said this after she finished with her contribution( don't know if its a negative).
Power point Preparation: I did well here, I was able to prepare my slides in time, about 8 of them.

Interview:
This was were I think I performed best, I answered well all the questions posed. I.e About my self, scopes of FBN services and products, time I was innovative, time I led a team, a time I disagreed with a boss, time I felt I did3 have enough skill to accomplish a task.
I answered all the questions drawing up experiences from.my undergraduate days and NYSC mostly.

Essay writing
I tried my best here too, but I couldn't writing the concluding part of the essay due to time factor.

Presentation:
I had no issues here, I presented well, and my assessors asked no questions and said nothing, except when one of them told me I had a minute to conclude my presentation.

Overall, AC was cool. it was a worthwhile experience.
I pray for success.

Well, Akin... if assessors didn't say anything after presentation, does it actually mean the presentation was ok?

I had it the same way, but kind of scared... they didn't ask any question.
