I got from AliExpress (China)for about 1500.You can get here in Nigeria for N3500-4500.The haakaa brand itself is like N7500-N10000

Mums would you reccomend electric or manual breast pump? I’ve heard some people say manual is better as electricity near the breast is not good/healthy. But I’ve heard electric breast pump is faster and more efficient. Which one?

What i use is a haakaa silicon breast pump.I just suction it on my nipples while baby feeds on the other one.In 15 mins of feeding her (not like my breast flows so much sef),i get about 50ml of breast milk to store up for her night . You can watch YouTube videos to see how it's used.I have been enjoying mine.

There is no way . Surgery is the best and surest way to eliminate fibriods .Look for a good hospital around you to get it done!This your post will attract the "corporate agbo sellers".I am advising you because my aunt died last year after taking concoction for fibriod reduction that ended up making d fibriods grow very big in size.She had difficulty breathing, plus it started pressing on her organs.

I think the power rating in watts is around 110 -120 watts

From the formula of P=IV ; where P is power in watts, I is the value of the rated current and V is the rated voltage.

From the provided data: P= 0.5 x 220 = 110 watt
or
P=0.5 x 240 = 120 watt.

My view about it.

Just wanted to share my battery testimony.Its amazing that after one year of using my redmi note 5 phone,the battery life and overall performanceis much more better.

I just updated to miui 11 and i now get 9 hours+ SOT.Previously on miui 10,i was struggling to get 7 hours + SOT.

More amazing features are being regularly introduced by miui updates.Most phones would have started giving me headache by now,but my RN5 is performing better than it was when i got it 1 year ago.

Maybe others will answer you.As for me, I advise u to get family planning done to avoid a repeat of this situation in future.If u don't want more kids, you take active steps to prevent pregnancy,not drinking salt water! Birth control is given free at government hospitals,go and do the one that suits your body.

You can lock your favourite apps. That's me! When you clear your recent apps, the next time you launch it, it'll take more ram and power to load. That's the principle behind it

sure, m saying cant u overlook it or do u ve certain impluses of clearing anything hanging on ur notification bar? U can fix such issues by switching off notification coming from that very app simply by holding that particular notification to view option or rather u can always flash a different rom.

lol..i don't leave any notifications,i like that area clear.I guess it's my OCD at play.I am scared of flashing roms and co, don't want to brick my device.

ignore kwa..i am talking about normal miui rom updates o.U can only postpone d notification for 2 hrs max,after Which it returns andstays in ur notification status bar.Beta updates are weekly.
