The product returned must be in the original and resellable state (the same as it was sent to you). Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned!

For altered products E.g (custom made wigs done by us upon client request) where the bundles are unwrapped, combed or wigged;all sales are FINAL!

Once after we have received the returned items from you ,and confirmed that it is still indeed in the same brand new/unused condition that we sent it to you in; we will then refund your payment or ship you the items you want if you are opting for an exchange.

We process refund of your FULL PAYMENT (for the Product alone excluding shipping fees initially paid) via Bank Transfer in less than 6 hrs.

if your samsung is really dual physical sim, model SM-S908B/DS, it's not going to be having the snapdragon gen 1 processor, instead it'll be powered by Exynos 2200.
