BabygirlP: Upfront Medicals 19oct Applied 16th Nov Biometric 17th Nov updated same day Denied 28th No info about medicals Submitted all documents, Sister is my sponsor and she did a gift deed of over 15m, her own bank statement over 30m plus properties But I was still denied based on personal Asset and Financial situation What could be wrong ..I presented all documents And I’m going for an undergraduate course .. Sorry about about your refusal but on the other hand I are lucky they replied u in time instead of wasting ur time and still deny you. I think the VO needs to prove that of how strong ur ties to that your sister is, because the properties and money is hers not yours so u need to show them she will not leave u half way and u have full access to all that is hers. Maybe a picture of when u guys where younger etc , u can include in your sop that she has always been responsible for you, you u guys have same surname ? If not provide her change of name and wedding certificate. (THIS ARE ONLY IN MY OWN OPINION AND BASE ON DIFFERENT THINGS I HAVE SEEN HERE) Order your notes so you can see the reason for your denial at length so u can tackle it properly. I will you the best . |

The weakest point in my application was my proof of funds and I backed it up with prayers.
I am going to Windsor, Ontario, I need any assistance to secure affordable off-campus accommodation because my school residence is on the high side.

Enddystar: A friend just received this hot breakfast today.
She submitted her application by herself and now regretting why she didn't opt in for an agent.
She said she called an agent afterwards who told her to pay N1m to help her get approval.
Dear house, kindly advise There is no agent that can help anyone get visa or approval, if there is one most people will not be waiting for months expecting visa from Canada. The agent is not truthful and such should not be trusted at all, she should run away from him as fast as she can. She should order her note and see reasons for her denial so she can apply again. And if she wants to use agent she should search around for non frudulent ones. |

Application Submitted: June 23 Biometrics: June 28 Upfront Medicals: July 15 Medical Passed: August 1 Eligibility: August 2 At this point, I prayerfully thought PPR would land August. It was emotionally tormenting as my resumption date was approaching. Wanted to deferr but I too stubborn. Anyways, it was because my school refunds if you are denied visa. I weighed my options so I pushed on. After several emails, I got several "Good day. We have high volumes, backlog... e.t.c." mails from Nrobi. Spouse medical passed: Sep 10 Recent email October 31 "Your application is currently in process and pending review by an officer" Approved: November 3

(Just about 14% refunded because I didn't pay for a flexible plan) Later paid Tuition fees for the fall semester of the first year. (I didn't pay at first because my Mpower covers all) Not sure if it caused the delay. Mpower insists I must have Visa first before the disbursement of loan.

Thank you @MikeDimeji for guiding me selflessly through all the steps without complaints. Thank you @Oluwanishore for your input when I was at the crossroad of choosing to use the new or old portal(I used GCkey/Old Portal). Thank you @CharitoJames for the prayers and good wishes. (Rooting for you. Please reapply when you can) @7COLORS your PPR is this week! Everyone waiting for PPR, I I pray God answers you speedingly. To everyone else who answered my questions and contribute to this thread always, thank you too.
It was quite hard to fight the feeling of doubts and uncertainties. Your "life" could even feel its in a halt. Guys, if you feel these during your waiting time, keep on praying with your spouse and give thanks everyday. If you are single, please speak and pray with someone whom your mind is in sync with. Be it siblings, parents, friends or even visit this thread.
Plus: My documents were not perfect as compared to some others on this thread. No two application is the same. Please do not be discouraged by the lots of documents you see on this thread. Submit what you can according to the visa application requirements, and don't "doctor" documents in any form. Not even receipts, invoices or whatever.
Try to meet the minimum requirements then God will help you. Congratulations dear. Your wait is over finally |
