I didn’t say that. The person that posted asked a question that usually comes up when using 6months account balance and I simply asked if he/she was using 6months balance or a gift deed which if it is the latter then it won’t matter.
Hi.
It's 6 months I'm using. Due to the exchange rate, the funds are a few dollars below the minimum amount from Jan last month. It's only this month that has the amount slightly above. If I get an average, it'll definitely be lower. Remember the dramatic increase occurred last month.....
Say, I've had 4m since January and gradually added 100k every month till now, the average would be lower than the minimum pof for a single person even if the current amount is okay. Would this be a problem?

Hello everyone.
My current account balance meets the minimum fund requirement. However, the average will definitely be a bit lower. Would this be a problem?

Note that IRCC uses different guidelines in processing PNP/CEC/FSW applications.

Your ITA letter specifically states that your ITA is under PNP and that you have to meet the requirements of the program under which you were invited.

Were the 6 job positions instrumental to your nomination? Did you use all 6 positions to meet SINP eligibility requirements or to gain more SINP points? PNP applicants have to prove to IRCC that they meet provincial requirements; thus, eligible for the extra 600pts. The guidelines used in assessing applications invited under PNP is different than the one used for FSW applications. When processing PNP file, eligibility is assessed against the requirements of the province that issued the nomination. If they determine that an applicant doesn’t meet the requirements of the nominating province, the 600pts may be deducted.

In my opinion, to avoid delay and/or ADR; you can get a ref letter in IRCC format for the job that covers 3yrs and use the same docs you used in proving your work experience in SINP application for the other job positions.

Wow. Thank you for this

For FSW, you only need to provide documents for the jobs/work experience (WE) you are claiming points for. The thinking is that since the max CRS points for foreign work experience is 3 years then you only need to provide evidence to cover jobs of that duration. All others may be moved to personal history.

Many thanks!

Hello, @GraciousWords and other NL family.
I listed 6 job experiences in my express entry profile so that it's in sync with my SINP profile even though one of the jobs covers the maximum 3years required.
The thing now is that I don't intend to get documents for all 6. I read somewhere that I can move some employment to the history section. I intend to move the oldest 3 and provide documents for the most recent 3 jobs along with a letter of explanation.
I need to confirm that it's possible after receiving ITA. I don't wanna go through the stress of travelling outside my state of residence during this period of insecurity.
Any advice?

According to IRCC website, you can’t do upfront medicals at the moment until they ask you to. To confirm, please check the website before taking any action
Oh! Thanks for the heads up.

For me, Q-life is straigh forward. You can book and pay via their website only according to a customer service officer that was called.
Thank you. I'll give them a call.

Hello, citizens of japa nation.
I'm anticipating federal ITA soon due to my nomination.
Please advice which is preferable for medicals, IOM or Q life. Also, can I book by simply calling? Anyone with a recent experience please help me out with info such as cost, process and necessary documentation.
Thanks in anticipation.

you very stupid

Go naked nah and see how you'll be raped inside out

I will only rebuke those bastards that rape decent girls but will never ever criticize them because of some useless entities like you
This is a repulsive and disgusting statement. Nobody should wish the act of rape upon their worst enemies. The lady you quoted doesn't deserve what you typed up there. The fact is you are a rape apologist, justifying who deserves to be raped and who doesn't.
I think most of our Nigerian men need a lot of education on sensitive issues like this. It is not a funny matter.
Reading a lot of comments on this thread, I feel sickened. What sort of society would my kids grow in? This? God forbid bad thing oooo.
In developed countries, the rate of unclothedness is way beyond what we see here, but the rape cases are not as common. Could it be because the laws of those countries are stringent? Imagine the name of a rapist being published in the sexual offender's list. He goes looking for a job and his history pops up..... Hard lesson learned.

Why do you need to get the letters again? Were they addressed specifically to the province? Also were you nominated based on the NOC for those jobs?

Yes, they were directed to the Province. Being government institutions, the bureaucracy was something else. They refused to issue "to whom it may concern".

Nomination is based on all jobs, although I am yet to receive my nomination. I'm simply being proactive.
Thanks.

Hello!
A quick question please.
In my express entry profile, I listed all my work experience, 6 organisations in all. I have an ongoing PNP application. When I get my provincial nomination (by God's Grace), would it be okay for me to remove the oldest 3 work experiences on my express entry profile so I can add it under personal history later ? This would be a huge relief for me because two of those organisations are not in my state of residence, and getting the letters for the PNP was seriously problematic. I'm scared of going through that again.
Anyone with opinion? Please......! Thanks in anticipation.
Anyone please?

Salary certificate? Could you please expantiate further on this? I also have a job experience in which I was paid in cash.
It's no big deal, really. Go to page one of this particular thread and read on it. Also google samples of cash certificate online. You could draft a copy and give it to your employer if they don't have a template yet. It would make things easier for you. I hope this helps.

I just got SINP ITA. Apart from reference letter, they've asked for 3 supporting docs. I can get pay slips, offer letter, bank statement but one must be govt issued such as tax or pension. In my 10yrs work experience, I don't have pension. It was only in one of my workplaces that taxes were deducted, salary was paid in cash and even that company is now defunct.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and how were you able to solve it?

Thanks

I was in a similar situation. If your company has a tax document, use it. If you can get access to the company registration document, that would be fine. For cash payment, get a salary certificate which is on official letter head and stamped. If there was email correspondence between you and your employers, attach it as evidence.
Write a LOE, and if possible, indicate the website of the organisation if they have an online presence.
The main thing is for you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you have the work experience you are claiming.

Firstly, about the payment process, they don’t allow card transactions originating from Nigerian accounts. So to even start the whole process is without figuring out how to pay the application fee is a problem, because sending the documents without payment make cause them to discard my documents
Secondly, concerning the supporting documents to be sent from School, Place of internship and Work place. I don’t know how to go about it. Whether it should be mailed directly to CSMLS through courier services or it can be sent through email to their official email. The PLA handbook did not specify much.
Pls help out, Thanks .
Hello.
As for the payment process, they reject payment from Nigeria (blacklisted). You have to look for someone in Canada, US or UK to pay with their card. When I made my own payment, Western union was functioning. Unfortunately, Western union payment outside the country has been placed on hold currently.
For the documents, yes it is courier. You'll be responsible for the cost, but CSMLS instructs that it must come directly from the school/employer/place of internship. So once you have the document, ensure it is sealed and then send via courier.
You cannot send any document together because it is assumed that you are not the one sending it.... be smart. I even had to travel to my place of internship to collect the document and courier it in the same state so it is authentic.
Note, it is not via email. They want hard copy.
Ensure your name and registration number is indicated on every envelope.
I'll advise you to pay for membership so as to reduce the overall cost.
Also, take out time to read the PLA booklet.
All the best.

Note: I am still in Nigeria.

No I didn’t oo, just got to know although I had created a profile for him on Wes earlier this year before covid but had not paid, felt discouraged with how my evaluation is going with Wes and was looking for another alternative other than Wes.
Please which other body can evaluated like Wes? He did both bsc and Msc in medical laboratory science.
Thanks in anticipation to anyone that can help me out.
Hello. I f I may advice you, evaluate his B Sc if he intends to practice the profession in Canada. But if you are in a hurry, then leave it. Truth is, he would need it later for the license.

No for a prepaid dollar account you don't need to have an account with the bank, be it Naira or dorm account. Just go to any of their branch and get the card same day.
Thank you

Disregard those feedback on not being able to use NYSC. You can use your Nysc application as long as you are willing to be truthful. This journey is all about honesty and proof. The applicant wasn't truthful.
Thank you for this. Honestly, some folks here are overzealous in "helping". I once asked a question about using NYSC for my sinp application. The response I got from that Listowell guy was just something else. I simply joined a whatsapp grp after that.
