2. It depends on how much time you spend on it... And how fast you can learn.
As a beginner, if you spend (dedicate) 3-6 hours daily on it, you'll learn it, and master it within 3-4 months

3. Python language is all about numbers, data. It's very good for financial data analysis.
You'll also learn how to use pandas & openpyxl, it'll help you very well to analyze and use data.

I have no issues with helping friends and family once in a while. But I had to learn the hard way. My company cut down salaries for a while and I was a bit low on cash yet the same siblings I always sent money to and pay fees for were asking me what I do with my money that I have not even bought a car. I almost cried because every month 60% of my money was spent on helping one friend or relative or helping my parents with one thing or the other. How then do I save to buy a car or land when bills pile up before the check comes? I have advised myself by myself

Op I won’t advice you to fight your husband. Apply wisdom and don’t quarrel him much. Save as much as you can, buy the land with your husbands consent and encourage him to invest in it too. My family passed through this too and today we have no house in our name after 40years of my parents toiling to cater for their extended family while their siblings were building houses and investing yet demanding from my parents every now and then. We are living in regret and there’s nothing we can do. Be wise ma and apply wisdom
