I guess u just newly discovered NCC exists, from the way u keep mentioning them.
Meanwhile why should I drop my living room when I’m not a braggart and an imbecilè like u? I believe u should be the first to drop since u started with the braggadocio. “One hour salary” indeed. We know your type here on nairaland
Bloody nitwit !! I can sense you are already edgy since I dropped the NCC update dingbat. That my one hour salary struck a chord, for your miserable self to even quote that statement, omo that statement enter you fa? If I were you, I would be thinking about how to make myself useful. Clearly, you are useless. You are just matter that occupies space with no use. Wild cat are supposed to be in the forest. Now, crawl back into the forest where you came out from wild cat.
If I may ask you simpleton, what specie of the wild cat are you? Animals are suppose to be in the zoo or forest.

Idiat that thinks life begins and ends with Christmas chicken. Washing off plates... isn’t that the only line you know? This boy...... SMH NCC Approves Mobile Tariff Increases: Voice Calls to Cost ₦15.40/Min, SMS at ₦5.60, 1GB Data at ₦1,400 Starting January 2025 The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has approved new mobile service tariffs, set to take effect in January 2025: • Voice Calls: ₦15.40 per minute (up from ₦11) • SMS: ₦5.60 per message (up from ₦4) • 1GB of Mobile Data: ₦1,400 (up from ₦1,000) These increases come at a time when inflation in Nigeria has reached a record 34.6% in November 2024, the highest in nearly 30 years. This inflation spike, driven by rising food prices and high energy costs, has put additional financial pressure on Nigerians, making mobile services more expensive. Despite these challenges, the tariff hikes are expected to encourage greater usage of mobile data, particularly for communication on apps like WhatsApp. Telecom operators that provide superior mobile data Quality of Service (QoS) are likely to benefit the most from the trend toward increased data usage. While the tariff increase provides some relief to service providers facing rising operational costs, it is still a short-term solution to the broader economic issues, particularly the ongoing impact of foreign exchange (FX) fluctuations. The longer-term solution lies in fostering a strong local tech ecosystem that can reduce Nigeria’s reliance on imported technology and enable operators to pay for local infrastructure in domestic currency, potentially shielding the sector from future inflationary pressures. Those countries made it clear that they are going the communist way when they flew Russian flags. They also waited for Buhari to finish his tenure and struck as soon as president Tinubu got in office, we saw what they did right there and they showed that they are not friends with this administration. They miscalculated and thought because the president is Yoruba, they would get away with a lot. No sir, Niger is a sovereign country and Nigeria is not its nanny.
Niger is of no importance to Nigeria, it's just a neighbor and Nigeria owes it nothing, all the accusations are a means to cover up their failures and the trap they set for themselves.
President Tinubu's foreign policy is top notch and has important countries working together inspite all the letters written by Nigerians and character assassinations. It's just that useless countries such as Niger don't count and its high time they move on and face their own business, our president is not interested in what they are selling. You think the West gives a hoot about us? High time we start looking after each other first before Western interest. |

Having a BSc from Nigeria, combined with relevant experience in reputable companies, can lead to job opportunities abroad if you have legal residency. Some professionals, such as nurses, doctors, auditors, tech specialists, and engineers, are even sponsored from Nigeria. na my Nigerian kpali me I dey use here. Just back it up with experience. One thing I noticed about the West is that they really cherish experience though you will always be trained on the job too |

Infotubia9ja: For me, Nigerian degrees even if FIRST CLASS it's not actually useful outside Nigeria. Mostly in western countries i.e USA Canada Luxembourg etc.
That's why when people who relocate to this country who want to push on their professional careers always go back to school in those country. Reason I guess is based on their educational and teaching standard requirements. it is indeed useful. Nigerian University degrees are recognized globally. I don't know about polytechnic degrees. |
Education › Re: Is Nigeria Certificate Useful Outside The Country? by Quelme: 7:14am On Dec 27, 2024 |
Infotubia9ja: Good question..
I hope I try to explain this as much understandable as I can for you.
You see all those doctors here in Nigeria right, they are not doctors when the relocate abroad. They get jobs as home care aid to nursing sick people. That is a different occupation far far from practicing as a doctor in America or Canada or UK. Infact you can as well apply to be a home care assistant as well with your university degree from Nigeria which is considered a normal equivalent to diploma here. You just have to pass the nursing exam which I know a 200level university student from Nigeria can read the Q&A and pass as well. What you do is simply take care of old people or mentally unstable people and make sure they don't poop on their self or when they do you change them and also make sure they take their meds regularly and also monitor them so they don't harm their self. Anybody can do that job infact that is equivalent to a factory job if you don't know only this time you be more careful because you handling a human life and can be arrested and you go to jail if you flop because it is stated there in your agreement you sign before you start working.
If you want to be a doctor in these countries, you have to apply for a medical or a nursing program/ degree where you undergo the process from the begining according to the countries teaching regulations and standards, pass the necessary exams, go for your training practice, write another exam if you fail you have to retake it which happens very often because I have friends who it has happened to. Then luckily you pass them you go under the process to be a certified nurse or doctor depending on the field you choose.
I hope you get the point now. Merry Xmas and season greetings. Oga sofree dey lie. Don't say what you don't know. |

France is a relic from the past.
The Nigerian government should have used this opportunity to bring those mushroom West African countries under our sphere of influence.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. We should be trying to wean this countries from the lair of France.
The problem is that we don't have a clear foreign policy. Block head leadership. |
