WaidesNiuz: It may sound strange now, but these shifts don’t happen loudly. Even central banks are already increasing gold and reducing dependency gradually. It’s not about opinion, it’s about patterns. WHICH Central Banks are increasing gold? Just because you say things doesn't make them true |

Even fuel prices, US has about the lowest petrol price increase in the world from the war - much lower than China's. Oh you forgot to give us the gist of the captured 50 US service men - like u gave us the gist of Netanyahu's death!

Omoawoke: Well said sir!
The further you are away from nature, the closer to death.
Nature doesn’t cheat.
We are born of nature and should align with it
Moderate exercise , social interactions, drink water, rest well..
Some people can lock themselves indoors for days without coming out to see sunshine or stretch their bodies, they are dying slowly But how do you "get close to nature" here in Lagos? |

eepeepook: If men avoid carbonated and alcoholic beverages, their bodies will fix themselves in a few months. Sadly, we have been taught from childhood that consuming green and brown bottles is a manly trait. My old man has drunk at least one bottle of beer every night since I was conscious of my environment. My mother said he was the same way before they married — he was 20 at the time. That he’s lived a complete life and more still baffles me. It won’t shock me if he one day “slumps to death.” That aside, do something physical with yourself at least once a week. Nature did not make a mistake programming your body. Modern life makes us soft, weak and prone to dropping dead at a moment’s notice. Build a strong body and your mind will follow. Avoid sugar and alcohol; they are poison. Don’t go seeking bitter food, moderate whatever you eat right now. Very good write-up. But na wa o. So much effort just to stay alive and well. Some of us just want to chill. But no, you must "do something physical"! |

edogu: A few weeks ago, the Head of Service where my wife works made it compulsory for all staff to undergo a health screening, which was fully sponsored by them. During the process, one of her colleagues discovered that she was pregnant, even though she was still breastfeeding her six month old baby.
What am I trying to say? Many people are living with underlying health conditions without even knowing it. Institutions should take the initiative to organise free health screenings, especially since many of them already have health departments. This would go a long way in saving lives. You are sooo right!! The number of deaths it would prevent eh! But wait o. Pregnant while breastfeeding a six-month-old? Meaning it'd be a year between the children. Actually not unheard of |

poshestmina: Reminds me of when we lost four lecturers in my faulty back in School within the space of a semester. Dr Ekaette ,Dr Obed,Dr Akachi and one other .They had to organise emergency prayers for the us.
Two of them were newly promoted before their deaths. Some used relocation as excuses to leave and never returned.
Forget titles and Degrees, most of them are fetish and devilish.
Rest in peace to the deceased. 4 lecturers within a senester! And some people try to say it's all about HBP and heart attacks. There's obviously something going on that's beyond our normal normal |
