The Oni of Ife has probably taken a new wife(Olori) as indicated on his instagram handle. He made some comments suggesting the arrival of his new wife. Since the official divorce of how former wife, much hasn't be heard about any spouse linked to his Imperial Majesty. The announcement about the new wife is phenomenal as this is coming around the same time he celebrated his birthday. Congratulations to his Imperial Majesty!

Attention: Lalasticlala, Mynd44, Seun, Fynestboi and others. Ola Ajimajasan (Baba No Regret) wasn't up to 80 years before he passed away. This info is put here to prevent misinformation of the public. The Op and Mods should get the real age and correct this. Thank you |

7years:I'm sorry for my late response. I would rather you seek accommodation around University of Ibadan. Notably areas like Ajibode, Barika, Orogun-Express, & Agbowo. These areas may likely give you access to people of like minds. However, the caveat here is that, these areas except Ajibode have high population densities. Other areas worthy of mention are residential locations such as Iyana-adeoyo/ fodasis (good power supply) , felele, Iyana-anfani, Onion and Son along Ring-road - challenge axis. Also, these areas are relatively close to Central Business District in Dugbe. In the same veins, Jericho (GRA), Iyaganku and Onireke are high brow areas with close proximity to Dugbe. Some areas are ridden with traffic jam. These include Apata-Nnpc area, General Gas-akobo axis, Sango, Iwo road round about, Sawmill-old Ife road. |
Op, what are your goals of relocating to Ibadan? Do you have a car? What's your monthly living budget aside budget for accommodation? Answers to these will help give you best advice as per your inquiry. PS. My job revolves round lag & IB |
I miss the weather, naija street slangs, not paying property tax |
Not bad. Impressive!! |

I bet you all read the submissions of the erstwhile Finance Minister, where she said she submitted her documents including the NYSC certificate to the Department of State Service (DSS) for clearance prior to her appointment in Ogun state. So, what has this arm of government been doing before the bubble burst through the impeccable journalism done by Premium times? Dear Nigerians, is it not possible for Saraki to have thread this similar path? |
But seriously, ABUBAKAR Bukola Saraki. Where is your NYSC certificate? Abubakar Bukola Saraki was born on 19 December 1962 to the family of Olusola Saraki, a senator (1979–1983) and a one time Senate Leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and his mother Florence Morenike Saraki. He attended King's College, Lagos, from 1973 to 1978, and Cheltenham College in the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1981 for his High School Certificate. He then studied at the London Hospital Medical College of the University of London from 1982 to 1987, where he obtained his M.B.B.S (London). Saraki worked as a medical officer at Rush Green Hospital, Essex, from 1988 to 1989. He was a director of Société Générale Bank (Nig) Ltd from 1990 to 2000. In 2000, President Olusegun Obasanjo appointed Saraki as Special Assistant to the President on Budget. During his tenure, Saraki initiated the Fiscal Responsibility Bill. Saraki also served on the Economic Policy Coordination Committee, where he was responsible for the formulation and implementation of several key economic policies for Nigeria. Where and When did Waziri Bukky of Offa Syndicate serve as a corp member? Just wondering, anyways. Credit: Tola Layode via Facebook |

This is urgent please. UPDATE I eventually settled for GTBank's Dorm account. For every foreign fund transfer, you will be debited the following: Principal (the actual money you intend to send), Telex, Commission & VAT and offshore charge. However, my advice to whosoever wish to transfer such fund abroad should fill their forms in CAPITAL LETTERS to avoid story that touch. In my own case, the bank made an error in the letters in the name of the merchant I intend to send the money to. This lead to some delay as the offshore bank had to send the money back to my account. This made me incur extra charge in sending the money again. I hope to make a case against the bank in this regard once my funds gets transferred cos my supposed transaction is belated. Many thanks to all who contributed meaningfully. |
Dear Nairalanders, please I would like to know the best bank to open a Domiciliary account with with respect to the ease of opening, charges likely to be incured ( bank commission, travelex and offshore) and minimum account balance. I intended to make a payment of less than $1,000 to a company in China thru transfer or western union. So I decided to use transfer using Dom account as I can't make subsequent transaction using Westernunion cos of quarterly restrictions. I have been to more than one branch of some banks like GTB, first bank and FCMB and I hear different things from different branches of same bank . My experience is that most of these guys at the FX table of these banks are either not sure of these information especially on charges or purposely not sincere. Dear all, I will be grateful for all info that could be of help in this regards. Thank you. |
orbgoblin: meobizy:Thanks for your responses. More opinions are welcome. |
pimpchi:So, how have you been handling the situation. |
I observed that everytime I switched on my generating set ( petrol engine 2700 V), my GOTV signal gets scrambled. May I also say that the GOTV cable and generator wire are not close. However, the position of the generator is like 6ft perpendicular to the foot of the GOTV antenna. These positions of the antenna and gen had been like this for more than 3 years now without such observation previously recorded until some couple of weeks back. I tried moving the gen set more distance away from the foot of the antenna but the signal still scrambles at some point in time. Even when Phcn restores power and I switched over to Phcn power while the gen is still running, the signal still breaks. Please, has anyone experienced this before? What is the likely cause/ principle? What is the solution to this at the level of the gen ? P. S. Please do not advice that I should relocate either the gen or antenna . Thank you. Cc. Mynd44 Cc. reliability - ambiguous questn since other attributes u mentioned contribute to reliability. ruggedity - Toyota corolla more rugged, fuel economy - Honda civic better here relatively cheaper to maintain (availability of parts and availability of professional mechanics)- corolla wins here cos you have them here plenty K-Leg issues that is common with the EOD - issue corrected in Hondas from 2007 and above. I hope this helps |
It's possible this guy is 19 yrs though. |
I doubt prisoners do escape for long in recent times. Good read though |
psucc:Oga, Pls say what you are sure of. Airtel customer care call centre isn't closed. They can be reached via 111 or 121. But the caveat is that it is difficult to get to a call centre representative. But relax! I will tell you a very fast way to get across. |
Dear Op, call NCC on toll free 622 and lodge your complaints. Ever since I reported them to NCC, they have stopped stealing from me too in the guise of these unsolicited SMS. Try this and kindly give a feedback if it helps. ![]() |
@ OP, you know you can still have your car back. Pls permit me to tell you a story about a friend whose car was stolen where he parked it in front of his house. A day before the car was stolen, he noticed that the door to his car wasnt completely locked but he never gave it a thorough thought, thinking maybe he was the one who didnt lock the door properly. Alas the car was stolen. He did the usual reporting to the police without the conviction that he would never see his beautiful black Toyota 'pencil-light' again. His younger brother who is a police officer advised him not to put his mind in the possibility of recovering the car again. The theft happened in Ibadan around September 2017. Some couple of days after the theft, another of our friend who was unaware of that the car had been stolen saw the car sped past where his car got grounded due to some mechanical fault along Ibadan-Ife highway. He even made frantic efforts waving the black Toyota down but to no success, thinking our friend was so in a hell of a hurry not to have noticed him. All hope lost in recovering the car back, my friend got a call from the SARS Ekiti state early february asking questions about his forgotten sweet ride. He thought these police guys wants to fleece him of some money as usual of everyday police guys. Lo and behold!, his car has been seen and it is in the custody of the SARS team in Ekiti state. How was the pencil-light recovered? It was the guys at the state licensing office when the papers of the car was been processed. Mind you, my guy had previously done Autoreg vehicle licensing. Meanwhile, all this while the car was stolen, it had undergone some metarmophoses with respect to change in colour, interior and the engine bay just to depict a tokunbo brand and offered for sale at a car stand before one Honourable member of God knows what bought the car and presented it for paper works. Lessons learnt: Autoreg registration is very germane. 2. Extend your search out of your state 3. Pray for luck |
By maturity, I think you mean to point of lay. You would spend an average of N1250 per bird. |
