QuotaSystem: You mean the person that resumed barely two weeks ago?
Genius kindly tell the house how an idle N83 Billion magically found its way into the Federal Account.
Your time starts now. And you solemnly believe the N83 billion is returned looted funds. How do you guyz even reason ? That 83 billion can be money accrued from numerous sources, moreso after the successful implementation of the TSA. Have you considered the huge penalties MTN and co are facing, REMITA refunded commision e.t.c. Must we all be zombies just to lap in all what the FG dishes even when they are questionable info. |

Thunda faya your mouth and that your useless authority. My friend pocket that your nonsense. Bubu is even a nice name for that senile geriatric dullard. |

TheGoodJoe: At the end of the FAAC meeting, the Federal, State and Local governments shared a total sum of N473.83 billion for the October 2015 Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) meeting.
This set of allocations to the three tiers of government marked a pleasant departure from the previous months of falling allocations.
The October 2015, FAAC disbursements, the finance minister said, represents an increase of N83.89 billion compared to the N389.93 billion distributed in September. TheGoodJoe: The recovered money became an issue at the October 2015 FAAC briefing when the finance minister stated that funds available for disbursement at the end of the meeting was more than the amount shared in the previous month. Also, the Minister did not deny anything. She stated clearly that it is an ongoing process. She knows about it. QuotaSystem: When PMB spoke about loot recovery and minimizing wastage in public spending where did you think the funds would go? That the source was not immediately known by the new minister does not erase the FACT that the FG now has more money for states than there was previously (by over N80 billion) and there is no way that amount would find itself in that account if not from recovered funds. This is Nigeria. You guyz are not even smart, how can the finance minister not be aware of entries into an account she is drawing from ? Then what is the use of the TSA ? More money been shared doesn't automatically mean looted funds were returned. |

Adminisher: There is a popular video of Boko Haram trapping and capturing a T 72 . They also displayed captured British made tanks and armoured cars in the capture of Gwoza. Nigeria Airforce has destroyed quite a number of captured NA tanks from the air. Lie it wasn't a T72 tank. Stop the lies |

Adminisher: They have captured T 72 tanks before and have used them . You have to stop talking like secondary school kids on Nairaland. Any suicide bomber / IED wielding combination can capture a tank. Boko Haram had the upper hand in the encounter but it was not a rout. They are under pressure in Sambisa so they are mounting surprise attacks. We need a more effective airforce Radical Islam has the most motivated fighters because they want to die. During the regime of Goodluck Jonathan, Boko Haram must have grown ten fold to what is probably 10000 fighters even now. It is not an easy war and Nigeria Army is doing better than most countries except Algeria. Iranian Revolutionary Guards are dying like fowl in Iraq fighting ISIS for instance. If we keep up the tempo they will be cleared before Xmas. Which T72 tank did they capture before in the Jona era ? |

Business › Re: Real Owners Of REMITA- System Specs Company by Rad1cal: 11:34am On Nov 13, 2015 |
razid: What exactly is the problem with this commission on TSA? We are talking of a system that is taking in a liability of 2.5trillion naira and all that we are after is just 25billion naira. I don't blame Nigerians, it's those pirates at the Computer Village Ikeja that I blame. They made it impossible for us to buy genuine softwares. That is why it is increasingly difficult to have a fully Nigeria made software that will be of global standard. What is their crime in charging 1% for crying out loud? Can't we look at it from the other angle that if anything happens to the 2.5trillion these guys would have been indebted to that tune? So how much is 25billion compare to 2.5trillion.
There should be a limit to the way we play politics sometimes. The hypocrites here will defend Alphabeta for collecting more than 5% commission from the Lagos State Gov. in tax remittances |

edogirl2: The company is owned by John Obaro and Ernest Ndokwe, two Igbo men, and the only reason this corrupt arrangement is in place is because the then Minister of Finance, was Igbo. Central Bank Governor, Igbo. Then Secretary to the Federal Government, Igbo. Then add the utterly confused and ignorant President.
But Igbos would want us to believe that Yorubas and Hausas are solely responsible for ruining this country! How can you put 1% of the entire evenue of a country to a single company, and the remaining 170 million people get to share 99%. For what? This is a company that simply provides a one-off software, that you can buy for less than $100,000 (N20 million) and can be maintained by less than 30 people. Yet, they are carting away with N50 Billion naira.
It is part of the Jonathan legacy of corruption. Just imagine that Jonathan won, this nonsense of contract will have continued for years to come.
I confirm that Chief Kolade is Chairman and not a shareholder in this company. Companies who seek government contracst often put 'highly respected' members of the company as paid Chairman of their company. The That is why ex President Gowon is Chairman of several companies but he is not the owner of these companies. They just use these men/women as the public face of the companies. Other than Mr Obara and Ndokwe, the other directors listed by the Op are all employees of the company, not shareholders. Imbec1le, What percentage is Alphabeta collecting from Lagos ? |

free2ryhme: You did not read The Gov's Post hence you sudden poor remark and shallow mindedness visible in your comments.
Oshiomole gave credible and clear reasons explaining the current state of development and its progress in Edo state. He was right when he said, "Our responsibility is to get the private sector build industries by creating the enabling environment and not to build any'. Government should provide the enabling environment for foreign investors to build industries that will benefit the host state and on the long run the state government.
If you live in Edo state when Lucky was Governor you will give credit to the level of development Edo state is currently enjoying under Oshiomole.
Think before you comment in your case the latter was before the former. STHU While speaking on the state of roads in the state especially Benin City, the governor promised mass rehabilitation of roads and the continuation of existing ones, saying that the reason for this was as a result of rains for seven years, which according to him was not conducive for road construction and rehabilitation Did you read this part ? |

Those who insist on judging you based on your religion, your dentition, the colours of the clothes you wear, the cost of your wife's wrist watch, the school your daughter attends, the size of your cattle herd, how Obama shook hands with you, your accent, and other such frivolities are the sore losers that would perpetually see absolutely nothing good everything you do. They are called the Wailing Wailers, Yowling Yowlers, and in some cases, TANoids.
They simply can't come to terms with the failure that currently abides with them despite all their inane projections of trampling on Nigerians for 60 Years uninterupted.
