There is a shrine in front of our great famous mosque.I once asked why the giant black stone,with frequent offers of sacrifice can be laid very close to the mosque.I was told that it has been there for very long time and it belongs to the entire local community.It cant be removed or covered.Very dangerous to do so. We must try to respect and honour our culture and great deeds of our fore fathers.To me ,my culture first,then RELIGION (IMPORTED) 1 Like 1 Share |
