Rape is just like armed robbery even if u lock your house an armed robber will still steal But if u dnt lock your house a normal person won't steal from your house. The same applies to rape even if u were skimpy dresses a normal guy will ask you to sleep with him but a rapist will move to rape you. Seeing skin attracts you to a girl but for a rapist whether the dress is skimpy or not he will want rape. Because rape is a behavioural pattern and an attitude it aims to subdue the victim and show dominion ever the victim. A normal guy sees a girl looking dressed and showing skin approaches her but a rapist thinks of how to rape her. Plus when you get to the court for a rape case the 2 elements of rape will be looked at . The actus reus(action) and the mens area(intent) So if the prosecution establishes that u had the intent to rape and you carried out the action then boom you raped and u can't be exonerated even if the girl was walking on d street naked As far as there was a forceful penetration You raped the girl |
