Countries Ranked by Military Strength (2015) Authored By Staff Writer | Last Updated: 4/1/2015 The complete Global Firepower list puts the military powers of the world into full perspective. Tweet The GFP list makes use of over 50 factors to determine each nation's Power Index ("PwrIndx" score. This provides the final ranking and allows smaller, technologically-advanced, nations to compete with larger, lesser-developed ones. Some bonuses (and penalties) are added for refinement. In the end, we hope it presents an unbiased outlook on the potential conventional military strength of a given country if only to stir some healthy debate.Things to keep in mind: • Nuclear capability is NOT taken into account • Geographical factors influence every final GFP ranking • Ranking does not solely rely on total number of weapons available • Natural resource reliance (use/production) is taken into account • Land-locked nations are NOT penalized for lack of a standing navy • Naval powers ARE penalized for limited naval capabilities • Current economic health for each country is taken into account • Current political/military leadership is NOT taken into account As of 04/01/2015 there are a total of 126 countries included in the GFP database. 1United States of AmericaPwrIndx: 0.1661 2RussiaPwrIndx: 0.1865 3ChinaPwrIndx: 0.2315 4IndiaPwrIndx: 0.2695 5United KingdomPwrIndx: 0.2743 6FrancePwrIndx: 0.3065 7South KoreaPwrIndx: 0.3098 8GermanyPwrIndx: 0.3505 9JapanPwrIndx: 0.3838 10TurkeyPwrIndx: 0.4335 11IsraelPwrIndx: 0.4974 12IndonesiaPwrIndx: 0.5231 13AustraliaPwrIndx: 0.5281 14CanadaPwrIndx: 0.5625 15TaiwanPwrIndx: 0.5671 16ItalyPwrIndx: 0.5735 17PakistanPwrIndx: 0.6122 18EgyptPwrIndx: 0.6214 19PolandPwrIndx: 0.6688 20ThailandPwrIndx: 0.6833 21VietnamPwrIndx: 0.7024 22BrazilPwrIndx: 0.7063 23IranPwrIndx: 0.7619 24SwedenPwrIndx: 0.8075 25UkrainePwrIndx: 0.8214 26SingaporePwrIndx: 0.8584 27AlgeriaPwrIndx: 0.8695 28Saudi ArabiaPwrIndx: 0.8702 29Czech RepublicPwrIndx: 0.8748 30SwitzerlandPwrIndx: 0.8942 31MexicoPwrIndx: 0.9071 32South AfricaPwrIndx: 0.9233 33NorwayPwrIndx: 0.9327 34AustriaPwrIndx: 0.9444 35MalaysiaPwrIndx: 0.9612 36North KoreaPwrIndx: 1.0232 37NetherlandsPwrIndx: 1.0281 38SpainPwrIndx: 1.0641 39DenmarkPwrIndx: 1.0994 40PhilippinesPwrIndx: 1.1085 41NigeriaPwrIndx: 1.1597 42SyriaPwrIndx: 1.1677 43ChilePwrIndx: 1.1724 44MyanmarPwrIndx: 1.1811 45BelarusPwrIndx: 1.1917 46EthiopiaPwrIndx: 1.2009 47ArgentinaPwrIndx: 1.2364 48FinlandPwrIndx: 1.2427 49MoroccoPwrIndx: 1.2431 50United Arab EmiratesPwrIndx: 1.2479 51PeruPwrIndx: 1.2698 52ColombiaPwrIndx: 1.2783 53BangladeshPwrIndx: 1.2894 54UzbekistanPwrIndx: 1.2989 55BelgiumPwrIndx: 1.3258 56RomaniaPwrIndx: 1.3741 57PortugalPwrIndx: 1.4192 58TunisiaPwrIndx: 1.4449 59HungaryPwrIndx: 1.4558 60SlovakiaPwrIndx: 1.4951 61CroatiaPwrIndx: 1.5033 62VenezuelaPwrIndx: 1.5172 63AzerbaijanPwrIndx: 1.5211 64JordanPwrIndx: 1.5729 65GreecePwrIndx: 1.6161 66KazakhstanPwrIndx: 1.6197 67BulgariaPwrIndx: 1.6704 68KenyaPwrIndx: 1.6835 69OmanPwrIndx: 1.6836 70SerbiaPwrIndx: 1.6935 71KuwaitPwrIndx: 1.7336 72EcuadorPwrIndx: 1.7491 73Sri LankaPwrIndx: 1.7556 74ArmeniaPwrIndx: 1.8223 75GeorgiaPwrIndx: 1.8423 76AngolaPwrIndx: 1.8579 77QatarPwrIndx: 1.8829 78KyrgyzstanPwrIndx: 1.8901 79YemenPwrIndx: 1.9271 80New ZealandPwrIndx: 1.9474 81TajikistanPwrIndx: 1.9884 82NigerPwrIndx: 2.0079 83BahrainPwrIndx: 2.1049 84NepalPwrIndx: 2.1581 85MongoliaPwrIndx: 2.1841 86LebanonPwrIndx: 2.2241 87LatviaPwrIndx: 2.2481 88BoliviaPwrIndx: 2.2487 89Bosnia and HerzegovinaPwrIndx: 2.2804 90TurkmenistanPwrIndx: 2.3069 91UgandaPwrIndx: 2.3122 92LithuaniaPwrIndx: 2.3231 93ChadPwrIndx: 2.3587 94GuatemalaPwrIndx: 2.3811 95ZimbabwePwrIndx: 2.3968 96CambodiaPwrIndx: 2.4028 97Ivory CoastPwrIndx: 2.4641 98Democratic Republic of the CongoPwrIndx: 2.4897 99SloveniaPwrIndx: 2.5034 100AlbaniaPwrIndx: 2.5324 101SudanPwrIndx: 2.5529 102AfghanistanPwrIndx: 2.5748 103GhanaPwrIndx: 2.5913 104HondurasPwrIndx: 2.5972 105Central African RepublicPwrInd Global Firepower Military Ranks - 2015 - I am browsing [Global Firepower Military Ranks - 2015]. The post is meant for Muslims, so any Christian that choose to read... It's for his/her own good. To all the Christians commenting, pls don't try to derail the purpose of this message, cus u will only be wasting ur time. |
Heart touching..... Real Life True Story It’s about Muslim man named Rashid. He Says. “I was not a practicing Muslim, I had bad friends. I enjoyed going out with them. I was almost never home, but always at gatherings with friends, in these gatherings we backbite, gossiped and made fun of people. I was especially known among my friends to make jokes and people were impressed by the way I was so good at it. One night (at the time I was 30 and married and my wife was pregnant with our 1st child) I was as usual gathered with my friends and talking useless talk. I was telling them how I was at the market one day and I saw a blind man and I put my leg out in front of this man and the blind man tripped and fell on his face. My friends laughed and so on. When I went back home that night, my wife told me ‘were have u been?’ ‘I am so tired and sick and I think I am in labor.’ A tear dropped down her cheek. I felt guilty, for I hadn’t cared about my wife properly. I quickly took her to the hospital. She was in pain for a long time and could not give birth, I waited patiently, but eventually I left and told the hospital to call me when she gave birth. An hour later, they called telling me my wife had given birth to baby boy named Salem. I quickly went to the hospital. I asked which room my wife was in. They told me I 1st had to see the doctor. I got mad at them and said “What doctor? I want to see my son!?!” they insisted that I see the doctor first. So I went to the doctor, she first talked to me about calamities and that one must accept the will (qadar) of Allah. Then she told me, ‘your son is blind!’ My lowered my head and remembered the blind man I tripped and made fun of. I didn’t know what to say, I thanked the doctor for her kindness and went to see my wife. My wife was not sad, rather she accepted the will of Allah Almighty. She had always advised me not to make fun of people and not to gossip and backbite. We left the hospital. I did not care about Salem, I did not like him, I pretended that he wasn’t even in the house. But, my wife loved Salem very much and cared for him. Salem grew and he began to crawl, he wasn’t crawling properly. When he began to walk, we discovered that he was handicapped. This was too much for me. Later, my wife gave birth to 2 boys, Omar and Khalid. Years passed, Salem and his brothers grew. I continued to hang out with my bad friends and did not like to be at home. However, my wife was patient with me and she always made Dua that Allah guide me. One Friday, I woke up at 11 am (which was early for me) and was getting ready to go to a walimah (I did not go to Jummah). I got dressed, put on 3tter, and was about to head out the door when I saw Salem (who was 10 yrs old) crying very loudly in the living room. So, for the first time in 10 years I cared and went to ask him why he was crying. When Salem felt me coming near, he stopped crying and pushed me away as if to say, “Now you care, where you were for the past 10 years!” Salem was calling his mother and brothers, but no one was answering him, so he went to his room. I followed him. At first, he would not tell me why he was crying. Do you know why he was crying? His brother Omar, who normally took him to the masjid, was late. Salem was afraid that since it was a Friday, he would not be able to get a spot in the front row at the mosque. I said, “Is that why you cried salem?” Salem answered positively. I, out of disbelief from what I heard, forgot about my friends and the walimah. I then told Salem that I would take him to the mosque. Salem could not believe what he had heard. He thought his father was mocking him. He then began to cry. I wiped Salem’s tears and took him by his hand to take him to the car. Salem refused. He said the mosque is near, and he wants to walk there by foot. I could not remember the last time he went to the mosque. The mosque was full, but I was able to find a spot for salem in the first row. After prayer was over, Continue through snapshots

Pls.. .. Is this information correct Let this be clear to everyone dat d 2015 Batch A is of two streams, Stream I n II. Here it is, if you print ur call-up letter on 27th of April n it shows u stream I, dat means u r leaving 4 camp on 5th (or before 5th) of May n will b in camp till d 26th of May. But, if it shows u Stream II dat means u will leave on d 27th of May after Stream I must have left on the 26th of May. Stream II camping is from 27th of May to 17th of June. That's the info. Such a funny story. Do you know how many master holder are out there looking for jobs. Or do u think that master degree will guarantee you a job.. Then u most be really joking. Any guy in this forum that tell you to abandon ur wedding for a MSc is not interested in ur progress and like wise the female are not interested in your happiness, cus there wish is for you to become single as them. Don't mind all these enemies of progress, but listed to ur parents. Let go of the wedding for one reason only.. Which is ur parents, after u most have tried seriously to make them understand, that u love him, but not because of a useless degree that won't make u any better. In fact, u can further ur education in ur matrimonial home....... I have seen so many people doing it. |
cuteboy2:Something is wrong with ur brains, cus u don't know anything about politics. U mentioning • Prince Tonye Princewill (LP), is an insult to all APC supporters in rivers and edo States respectively. |
YoBoyfwend:In addition brother, pls try surrounding urself among practicing Muslim brothers and sisters. People that are always reminding you about Islam and the values of observing salat. Lastly.... Get closer to a mosque around you, which practice admonition from time to time. This works for me, i pray it works for you too. May Allah (swa) increase our iman and make us vanguard of Al-Islam and a better Muslim. Allah knows best |
