Many girls are not in the mood to answer random guys on the street.
Some are in haste, or some are having a lot running in their head.
Some guys don't even detect a girl body language they just approach any lady that passes by (I don't know if they are awarded for this) and at the end they are turn down or embarrassed.
Why not know where the girl lives or where she visit frequently and approach her instead of behaving like kids on the street.
