Why must it be national population commission? what about that of customary court?
and don't they accept NABTEB for o level?

This is an abuse to the nysc uniform. I think the govt should do something about this. Especially those ladies that will design the khaki to different size and shapes. The uniform should be respected. Nobody dare design a camouflage the way she wants.

I give just any random excuse for not having my phone with me, then ask if she could flash or call me later. I do that with humility though.
