Lasu disqualify my admission saying that am not an indigen please can anyone help me

This is what really disturb my mind. in lagos state every student that apply as indigene of lagos state in LASU are required to present a landed property document of 50years or above when are we going to stop this sentiment of opperesing each other when the state population is 95% of the resident of lagos state as for me i was born in lagos 18years ago and applying as student now am ask to present 50years land property document when the one with me is just 32years.any hope
