Investment / Now Is The Time To Start Preparing To Buy... by ramonchang(m): 4:08pm On Jun 27, 2022
Last bull run saw the frenzy of 'buy the fvcking dip', 'hodl' and many more. But those were just the hype time, where every tom, dick and harry want to do x10 in 1 week. It is not that it is impossible, but if your investment or trading strategy is getting in when the hype sets in, you'd never make a lot in crypto.

If you are reading this and you have given up on investing in crypto, this is exactly what some people felt in 2017/2018 when BTC maxed out at 20k.
There is a high chance we are not done with this fall. But if you start buying the likes of BTC or ETH today bit by bit you cannot lose in the long run.

Politics / 2023 Election Can Be Won Online Part 1 by ramonchang(m): 3:19pm On Apr 14, 2022
Leaving partisan politics aside now, no present presidential aspirant in APC and PDP at least has the track record or clearly stated vision on how to make Nigeria better. Virtually all of them have held political officies where they could have shown stuff they are made of. But none did. All of them actively participated in the destruction of Nigeria as we know it. Safe for Peter Obi whom some of his works still speaks for, Other are just there to fill up the spaces because no one else will.

Please don't say what of Tinubu who "built lagos". Lagos built lagos. Lagos is a coastal city and was Nigeria's capital and they make a lot of money regardless. These monies are meant to be spent on something, yea. And in Lag, they prefer to spend the money on themselves and use the rest to sandfill the ocean. Don't even get me started on the fact that lagos Island stinks. My point is if somebody careful planned out the development of Lagos, it will be better than it is right now.

I dont know if Osinbade's silence is tactical or because he has no effrontery to face baba. But regardless, let us not forget he has been used as a tool to confuse us with his smooth talk... And the fact that you cant say exactly what tradermoni is. Whether it is to buy votes or actually lift traders out of poverty.

Now, the average objective Nigerian voter who doesnt want to vote for any of these "known devils" instantly gives up because there is this thought that he/she is alone...and that is true you don't know what the next guy will do. But what if you did know?

The max vote a winning Nigerian president has pulled is 16million, not too sure though. That is around 21k votes per local government.
My theory is definitely we will get 21k people with online presence in each local government.
what if we have independent online communities where each person who is tired of all these old folks can see the next person who is tired of these old folks and they both can decide who to vote. You could also win people in by convincing them to join the community. Of course, the participants in this group are people with pvc...

The nitty gritty of how the community will look like will be discussed in part 2 of this article. But I hope I have been able to make my point.

Investment / Trading Support Series (part 2): How To Buy High And Sell Low? by ramonchang(m): 5:00pm On Mar 05, 2022
How the hell does it happen that no matter the trading decision you make, you will lose. It is almost like, if you long and short the market at the same time, both trades will still go wrong grin.

1
Statistically, it is said that about 10% of traders make money consistently. These 10% of course, have a lot of money to stand the market storm, skills, experience and a lot of time.

If you try to trade like them, without having the above you are guaranteed a spot in the losing 90%.

2
Trading with indicators.
There are a lot of players in the trading market. If you are reading this, you are most likely one of those we call the retail traders embarassed. There are other people in the game, people who make indicators tick and make trading patterns form. Those are the market makers, the people who pump and dump the market (no, it's not elon musk).

Their job is to make it possible for retail traders like us to always buy and sell at any time.

These people know exactly when MACD is going to cross or when the right shoulder of an head and shoulder pattern completes. Trust me, if you can see it, they can see it and they will dump on you exactly when you start buying.

3
Back to statistics...Statistically, market trends about 8-10% of the time. So by default, the probability of winning a trade is 0.1. the odd is massively stacked against you and I. It will just happen that you will buy high and sell loww.

4
#FOMO YOLO, BTFD
Fear off missing out, you only live once, buying the fucking dip, all are exactly the same: you enter the market blindly.
And to be sincere, entering a trade blindly is not the problem, but most people who do so rarely have a plan to exit at all. They are the shib army, safemooners, the hodlers... THE BAG HOLDERS grin.
People in this category have the honours of following the market to the top and follow it right back to the bottom.

Investment / Trading Support Series (part 1): Using Noise Reducing Candles To Your Advantage by ramonchang(m): 11:02pm On Feb 27, 2022
This is going to be a series of tips, hacks and technical signs to watch out for to make more informed crypto trading or investment decisions.

This is the very first, the subsequent ones will be coming in as the spirit leads. wink

let's get started..

So, with my interaction with people that "trade crypto", I have seen that a number of us firstly are not traders, we are best described as [/s]bag holders[s] grin investors. (including me)

Why?

Because most of us don't check charts, we get in to trade after the coin has already done say, 500% or because it is being hyped on twitter, we buy at all time high, then when the reality sets in, and price begins to drop, human nature and lack of technical skills will not make us sell and take the loss.

You'd agree with me that this is a problem. It turns out solving it is not as hard.

I am going to introduce you to renko bars. It is a type of candlestick the Japanese use to trade.

To drive home the point I am going to make here, I will use the chart below (from trading view dot com ).

I believe it is obvious what is happening here. The renko bars (or boxes) are much more continuous and easy to read compared to candlesticks.
Personally when I use it, I use it on daily timeframe. I wait for one green renko bar to form and before buying in to the coin. As soon as the a red one forms, I sell. I rinse and repeat.

Now, as you can see there are points where candles will form and fail. Yea shit happens. You won't win 100% of the time. But when you win, you would know exactly when to carry your profit and go home kiss.

PS: The above is not a financial advice, kindly do you own research.

You can connect your binanc account to chartless by going to "more" on your binanc dashboard

Scroll down to api management

Give your api a name, any name will work

Create api

Click on edit and enable futures that way the bot can trade ur futures account..

Copy and paste ur api key and secret key to a safe place, you can only see it once.

Then you can use the key and secret to fill your details on chartless so the bot can trade your account

LadyRosa:
Lol...
As I stubborn reach na so so quiet men dey date me. So I've had great experience from past relationships and currently another quiet one dey my side. What I noticed with them

They are highly intelligent, don't talk much, don't mingle much, social function almost zero.
Them sabi cook oooo! Few clothes, expensive or not, they are well arranged, ironed. No scatter scatter. So once I'm looking for something they help me look for it because I go scatter their wardrobe and leave it like that! No time! angry

They are calculated and secretive. Don't gossip at all. Going into their house and coming out seems like sneeking around, so people don't know if they are in or out.

Don't like loud music. Those who go to club rarely dance, them go dey laugh who dey dance undecided. When they decide to party, the subsequent days makes them really dull and want to 'rest'. Even during outings after few laughs and a drink with plenty water, next na to pick their car keys or flag down a taxi , time to go angry angry angry

Don't wear loud bright dresses. Dull dresses are their Craze.

Observe rather than talk. When they talk everyone is silent.

No toasting, they were too shy to say their mind. They will look and make few remarks, then look again. Relationship usually start from me taking the lead by keeping them talking with questions. "Do you like me?" that's enough to make them blush with relief and acceptance. undecided undecided

Spend thrifts. Show offs is foolishness to them. Not really into social media, few pics, most times like to be anonymous. Also, they can be nasty in secret. angry

Gadget lovers. Will spend money on the latest Playstation.Dont mind playing against computer for hours. Those who don't like video games, hardly watch football matches or are simply in different about sports. The passionate ones likes to watch it indoors, if they must watch outside na only them go sit down one corner for chair like zombie.
Simplicity. Eating out is not their need, so if they must, mostly snacks rather than cooked food. Neat freeks! undecided
Forgives easily but with serious warning.
Don't like the silent treatment during quarrel. They will appear calm at first but, Na lie grin grin. Just pretend you no longer find them attractive or appealing and all hell breaks loose.
Not too romantic but very supportive and reasonable. Calm in the face of overwhelming trouble. Why others are panicky, they keep clear head, and think of solving issues diplomatically.
The ones who cheats do it well. You may never notice because they will never pick the other woman's frantic calls, if them too disturb they block them temporarily till further _drilling notice.Them no just like wahala from nags.
Have soft spot for women and can easily be manipulated to give out cash to them even without sleeping with them. Even an ex will continue to reap them off angry angry Even if they are no longer interested.
Don't get angry easily, but when they get you'd be sorry. Really really sorry and disappointed in yourself. They will lay all your 4ck ups and corner your defense on every angle grin grin

But them still dey talk o, but na inside house. Abuse them and meet a brick wall, no reaction. As my mouth sharp reach, I don't use bad words on them like I do on the street,They hardly use insults to drive home their point once an argument be like say e won bring insult, they ignore and find their way out. There are people that their level of maturity controls what you say.
Wawu,,,,Who are you

Properties / My Renting Experience With Gbale by ramonchang(m): 2:53pm On Apr 08, 2021
I’m Bayo, and this is my renting experience!

I was born and bred in Lagos but, as life would have it, i had to leave Lagos for Ibadan.
I got to Ibadan November 2020 puzzled with no where in particular to go so, haunting for accommodation became a dare necessity.
Renting a space with an agent is an awful tasting experience. Jumping from one corner to another with one agent and another, all showing places i can’t even offer my dog- dilapidated and untenable. The worst part was that I had to pay each agent 2000naira and cater for their transportation all for seeing places a human should never live.
I was lucky though, I got through to a company’s customer service rep- “I’m Sam, welcome to Gbale” he began with. They already had a list of thousands of properties up for rent in Ibadan. All i did was to pick the properties i would love to see, I paid one fee like that (1000naira) and the mobile numbers of the properties’ owners were released. I didn’t leave my room until i got the numbers, so I went straight to inspect and paid for my space.

Thanks to Gbale, i rented so soon with less stress!

Very useful tool to have. I checked it out. Its a website requiring registration. Thought it was an app.

Does Bynance have this functionality built into thier charts?
I dont know. I searched for something like this before writing it. You can use 1d and 1w candles without registering. I will start working on the app as soon as possible.

Boss u could tell us about how to use this, especially newbies and hw effective this is
Ok thank you.
Traders use indicators to get the approximate time of when to get in a trade and when to get out. For example when relative strength index (rsi) is below 30, the asset is oversold and it is about time you get into that trade. So, there are 100s of pair on exchanges, instead of you searching through to see the one that is oversold you can use chartless to search and you'd get a list of all the pairs that have rsi less than 30 by searching for "pairs with rsi less than 30"

For people that use macd -moving average convergence divergence. A buy signal for example is generated when the macd histogram ticks to the upside. You can use chartless to get the list of pairs that their macd histogram is ticking up by searching for "pairs with macd histogram crossing to the positive"

Other indicators like ema stochastic rsi and macd can be used. You can also use noise reducing candles like heiken ashi and renko

Beware that signals generated with indicators fail too so always set stoploss

I posted it here because i thought people could benefit from this. Instead if them looking through binance they can just search the market with their favourite indicator. Why don't you tell me the things you don't like about it, instead of just insulting me.
