I got a bvl yesterday and got the refusal this night, they sent it at night so that somebody will not sleep well but God pass them

Please asides @Chosenone31 has there been other cases of Visa denial after one has been sent to do medicals?

This is because I've always been of the notion that once you receive medical instructions you application is as good as approved pending the medical is passed.

send an email to them immediately because it seems they have sent you medical invitation mail . Contact CIC immediately

Please I applied for Visa In May, as a result of no reply from the embassy I linked my application to an online account in July and I saw this 'We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message for details'. And I haven't gotten any mail or message concerning medicals. How do I go about this please.
