I meant to say what Rayshell had said. Pls make use of Accredited Colleges of Education ACE on the Jamb DE registration portal while registering and discard my earlier statement. The 'other diplomas' are meant for polytechnic graduates and diploma graduates from universities.

as long as she's qualified with the required upper credit, she has a chance like everyother applicants. Just ensure she send her transcript to ui on time and other credentials to be submitted to Jamb.

if you apply with your NCE merit, it's betterof. Then, you don't need to do regularization. Just go ahead and register using 'other diploma'

The scriptures says,"My people perish bc of lack of knowledge." Many couldn't get admitted into the university not bc they didn't have a good result but they lack the right information on what to do to make it. Last year I was on this same thread to help Nigerian youth like myself who are willing to enter the premier university without knowing a jack about direct entry admission. I can testify today that many made it as a result of the help and God's grace. Some1 whose success interest me most was a young lady whose brother contacted me at the di-minute when JAMB has stopped collecting the print-out in their office in lagos, I told them to take the credentials to UI and they collected it and when it was time for the online registration she followed instruction and she was finally admitted by the mercy of God. All of these I did without collecting kobo from anyone because some people here also provided information 2012 when I was also seeking admission via DE into this same UI. Their help in terms of quality information and God's grace helped me and today I can joyfully tell you that I am in my final year studying Communication and Language Arts. girle o, if you don't have up to the required 200 in Jamb Utme exams, then I'm sad to inform you that there's no chance at all because you won't even be called for their Post Utme exams talk less of getting considered for Admission!

Which will affect such candidate,I advice that u pray from ur pastor for safe journey and go to UI undergraduate admissions to confirm the receipt of ur transcript,this way ur own mind will even be at peace.Considering the length of time it will take,I think ur school should tell u verbally,then if u provided an active email,u should receive updates from the day of processing till delivery,then u can be able to determine when to go to UI to confirm.

goto the institution's website. Click on College portal. Click on New Applicatio > Transcript. Fill the registration details and print out an RRR payment slip. Goto UBA with the slip and pay N5,000. Take the teller and receipt to Data and Records opposite Admin Building with two photocopies each. You'd be given two forms to fill. Fill them and write your schools of choice of originally intended transcript recipients.

How many weeks does it take one's school to send transcripts to the Undergraduate Admission Office, University of Ibadan? I've processed mine from my institution exactly a week ago but unsure when it is gonna be delivered to Ibadan. Besides, there is not really anything through which one can track it except going to UI to confirm its receipt from the receipents therein.
I've done the necessary things. Registered for DE, Processed Transcript, Submitted Credentials at Jamb Office, but I'm yet to ascertain the receipt of my transcript. I completed my Diploma from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. Anybody got an idea?

University of Ibadan expects you to make use of your IQ. Start processing the transcript now.

UI doesn't accept second choice for DE Candidates. And the transcript is to be submitted at the Admissions Office of the University. Dazzol

Gbola, gone are the days when UI places much more remphasis on O'level grades for Direct Entrants. The Grade is the koko now notwithstanding. So far you are a Distinction graduate, you've got so much chance as every other eligible applicants into that department as this would foister an even healthier competition and jostle for Admission. Ogbeni pls go ahead with the registration.

over the years, UI don't conduct post DE exams. This year is not expected to be different.

which school did you graduate from and of what scale is your 3.05CGPA?
And you can go into some other Natural Science courses like Microbiology, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology or perhaps Agricultural Technology et cetera. Meanwhile, answer the prev Q.

Your 2sittings O'level wouldn't effect much your Admission process. As far as you've crossed the rubicon of the University's requirement which is: 6credits in 2sittings for all courses (except for Medicine & Surgery and Pharmacy) or 5credits in 1sitting, there is no cause for alarm.
The form sales for N5,000 at the earlier prescribed banks.

NO! The UI FORM to be purchased is not yet out. It would be out after the institution had conducted her post utme for Jamb applicants. The University of Ibadan is presently in First Semester, every entrance admission exams or DE proceedings usually commences Second Semester. UI second semester commences June/July. So, just chill and keep chilling but never get chilli cos that's pepperish.
