good evening. please when will require request for the transcript? I jes submitted my form to jamb office. I also want to know if we would obtain another form from ui too

The University of Ibadan expects every candidate to make use of his/her IQ. She expects everyone to KNOW that individual transcript submission is so so essential. And it can be submitted anytime from May (some friends went there this April but was told to come next month).
You asked if one is to obtain UI form. Answer: Yess, ALL DE applicants are expected to obtain UI form. The Institution would let the public know when it's time to do so, probably after their Post Utme. You'll be informed on this thread too. Just keep vigilance.

Why not? You've got a very very great chance at Admission, especially with your Distinction.
Pls go ahead and obtain the form. Meanwhile, this current thread is outdated, tho it's infos might still be relevant. Besides, from which school do you just graduate?

Hello house, i am an Animal production and health graduate of lautech, graduated with cgpa 3.81/5.0 (second class upper) about to finish my nysc and i also have some professional certificates. I wish to apply for d.e at pharmacy dpt of ui. Tho i have done my jamb regularization before i left lautech. Buh i still need info on how to go bout acquiring d form, registration and all. Also my o'level result is in 2 sittings.

i think it won't be easy changing from Animal Production to Pharmacy esp with ur degree from Lautech. I think taking either another Jamb form or Obtaining DE into other departments in Agricultural Faculty would do. If you persist with pharmacy, I think you will be taking the wrong shot.

MEANWHILE
You can obtain DE form in Skye, Zenith and First banks. After that proceed to any Jamb Accredited registration centre to register online with biometric thumbprint.

regularization will be done in the school you graduated from and not Jamb Office.

Things is getting critical in Nigeria education system..I was at jamb Office today in bwari to confirm abt d Registration process for DE candidates ,,the process is easy and simple..if u wnt to apply with Ur NCE, OND And HND u must present ur jamb Admission letter dat tally wth ur programe and course of study with dsame year on it..Dat means does pple dat their admission were not from jamb need to regularize there jamb reg no and print their jamb admission letter b4 dy can complete the registration....for does pple dat have double admission on jamb portal can process there registration for DE provided dat dere admission was from jamb...but if u want to delete one of d admission status is 3k, u can do dat from d head office at bwari .. Pls and pls, if have ur NCE, ND and HND don't use other Diploma to register o , pls go and find other means to regularized ur jamb reg no ...as at today alot of DE candidate has don dere registration and Dy have submit a copy of there credentials to jamb.. any question u wnt to ask just qoute me.

with that course, I'm sorry your chance is zero. Why would you jump from being a Social Studies/English student to being a Guidance and Counselling student? It's not feasible. Instead just continue to toe your career in your college grad course. Meanwhile, there's nothing wrong with your o'level combination. The requirement is 2sittings max.

you're one of those who carted away our distinction in Ilaro abi? Lol.
Goto school and visit the ILPO beside Admin Building. You'll be requested to pay about N5,000 or more for your Jamb regularization fee. If you really want to register DE, you've gotta go do this real quick.

guy, don't be so adamant. Opetech and dearpiriye had already told you. UI don't offer Public Admin hence, you can't even apply into other related departments cos you won't be considered. Simple and straight. Don't be adamant. Choose another institution. OAU is there, so does Ilorin. Abeg don't waste your Direct Entry slot.

I believe my result will be available at most a month after my 2nd semester exam which we will resume on the 9th of April 2016 and we wont be doing any 1year IT, we can even apply for full time HND immediately the form is out in my school{Laspotech} So I don't think my result should be a barrier. As at ND2 2nd semester my gp was 2.67/4.0 and i hope to do more this year to boost it to 3... I don't want to wait till next year and please, can you shed more light on this Jamb regularization?

Lastly, is it immediately i register the DE online that am gonna submit my statement of result to jamb office or wen?. And wen will i send my transcript to university of ibadan, cos its not ready now.

Pls be informed that if you are a Part Time Student in your Diploma program or you were given admission via Jamb but unable to check your Admission Status or it states that 'No Admission given yet', then the need to regularize becomes much more imperative.
In the same vein, choosing 'Other Diploma' is very dangerous. It's better to be forwarned than never cos getting forwarned, they say, is getting forharmed.
Secondly, you can submit the credentials to Jamb office anytime after registering but it is best advised to get it over there as soon as possible.
Furthermore, after your Jamb Direct Entry registration, the need to process your transcript becomes important. You can send it within the duration at which the Jamb DE form would be on sale. But you should ensure that your transcripts are sent as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delay.
Lastly, on your chance at Admission, your result is quite good. Havin Distinction is key to gettin Admission via DE, so you're very homeworthy of healthy competition. Your O'levels are great too. Your chances are as bright as all other Distinction Direct Entry Computer Science Applicants. But prayer is key to all goodies.

I think it's the normal process. I think you need to revisit your former Jamb Registration Number through which you got admitted into the Ivory Towers in the first place, when you were in 100L. If you still could get the number, try checking your admission on Jamb website www.jamb.org.ng in the year you wrote the jamb given that you were given admission that year.
After trying this, there should be some message from Jamb. If you see certain congratulatory mssg or not, then we'll know what is next.

yes they do accept any of NCE, ND, HND, A'levels, ICAN or equivalent.
