Help, i tried to manually imstall Intel Hd graphics cause i couldn't find the drive, after installing in, my screen had the weird stuff on the screen like screen problem, now windows refuse to boot, it takes me to this blue screen, i would've refreshed or reset the pc but my cd drive is bad, i have not restore point, can anybody help me with how I can reinstall windows from flash drive or boot the pc using command prompt.

Try getting an external CD Rom or just... where is your location ?
