I have same problem. Mine started few days ago. I have cleared cache, cleared data all to no avail. I can download heavy files with browser. Just Google play that I have issues with. SIM is also Airtel, though I don't think is the problem.

They were enrolled less than a month ago, the process takes time is not automatic. They will be payed as soon as the process is complete.

I’ve not received my own alert so I can’t confirm the information.

I think you are correct on the IPPIS part, the enrollment was done just last month in all the federal universities. I believe once they are thru they will be paid the new wage. How far with your alert now, you must have gotten the arrears now.

I requested for a charger which is untrackable, the protection period elapsed n the seller extended it and it elapsed also n I still didn't get the charger so I opened a dispute the seller is now offering that I visit the post office to confirm cos at times the post office people don't inform the receiver.

I would have gladly don that by Monday (frankly I have not visited the post office to inquire) without clicking accept or reject but AliExpress will rule by moro.

My question is this if I click accept and don't see the item in the post office will I still get my money? see the image below.

NB I have successfully ordered for items before both trackable n untrackable. This is the first time I am opening a dispute.
