Results are sent direct to IRCC. If you have applied for visa already then forward the medical slip by web form and email. If you are yet to apply then include the slip as part of your submission

Okay thank you very much, I thought I would get a mail or something from IOM after the medical. So I should just upload the my Medical information slip I was given at the medical center.

I hear I have to use flywire to get there details then use it on Form A, that they do not have a direct account.

First, the letter of acceptance issue by UofR is that the only document giving to you for your visa and permit till you get into Canada.

2rdly, it is written that the program is two year, with no specific date or amount of semester.
I want to fill a Imm form and it requires I fill when my program is starting and ending, I am going for fall 2023, which start 30th August, when do I fill the program will end.

Lastly with the admission letter, which doesn't state if the applicant can work or not, would I be able to use it to apply for work permit when I get in.

Kindly help if you can🙏🙏

1. You submit application firstly before booking appointment for biometrics. After submission of application, a letter will be sent to you which you will print out along with appointment letter and other stuffs for the biometrics


2. Getting an appointment day biometrics isn't much of an issue unlike medical appointment. But recently there has been delay in receiving biometric letter after submission probably due to the strike though it has been called off now. Once you get that biometrics letter after submission, you can get appointment date within next 2-3 days if there is no weekend or public holiday in BTW.


3. Yes. Go ahead and submit your application. If medical request from irrc comes before May 30th, then you wait till may 30th for your medical and they will send your result to irrc cos you wud have gone for the medical with a request letter from irrc. However, if there is no medical request before may 30, u still honor your appointment and keep your medical sheet pending when medical request drops in your portal.

Please I need assistance.
Please am I to apply and submit my visa application first before booking and going for my biometric at VFS. Or am to book appointment first then after biometric I will go on with my visa application.

2rdly how many days interval could be giving on getting an appointment date.

Lastly, please if I book an appointment for upfront medical and my date is giving for may 30th, can I just go head and apply for my visa then when they demand for it afterwards I can just upload the result, then it will no more be upfront.

I think phone calls might not help you real fast. Just send email to the specific location( Abuja or Lagos) telling them about the error you encountered while trying to schedule an upfront medical appointment. Attach your passport data page, and state the visa type. They will reply you with a ticket number saying and that they will get back to you. If it is taking long and you haven't got the confirmation of appointment, keep sending email on daily basis always quoting the ticket number. Their account details are on the web and payment must be made before you enter the facility.
NOTE: 1. Payment is non refundable.
2. Women can proceed for medical exams even on their menstrual periods ( against what is seen on the web) . Same for Qlife too.

You can only be allowed in with your booking confirmation and payment receipt on phone or paper( preferably).

When I click on my appointment on the website it show I have no appointment.
I don't know what to do, I have called there office severally but no response, I have sent detailed mail days ago but nothing.

Please any help or step I can take.
