Adequate459:
Hello professionals,
Kudos for the job you are doing on this platform
Please i need advice,i have a project of 3 bedroom flat with a mini flat.
It has reached the lintel level and for now i have 500k,what do you suggest i do next next?
Please note that we have done borehole, fence, soak away and water tank stand.
Moreover, two rooms has not been filled with sand also.

Kindly advise what do next considering this season and fund availability.

Hope to hear from you soon.
If you can get more additional funds to finish the mini flat, you can rent it out, and use the fund to continue the rest of the building. But if you want to take your take time to complete the whole building, it's also fine, so far you don't have a problem with your current accommodation, but don't forget that the time will never be right, you just have to take one step at a time.
