Dear God, there's so much to say but i don't even know where to start, i haven't written u in a long time, not since d edition on definitions & i haven't even been able to pray. Yes i went back to d streets, ran wit d old crowd & did d same old things but ur words from d last letter kept ringing in my head.

@ 1st it gave me strength but d more i tried to get back up & failed, d worst i became. After a while, it felt like the words were mocking me. Will i ever be pure? Can i ever stay away from d grime of wat should b my past?

Truth is, i know where to go but my strength is just gone. I have stopped fighting now, i have stopped trying. There's no hope 4 me, is there? Cuz i have hit an all time low. One night as i walk back from my regular drinking spot, i met a group of people on d streets, preaching & sharing leaflets. I tink dey were having a program.

One of dem walked up to me & gave me a leaflet. He looked so young probably about twenty-two. I took d paper, trying to avoid his gaze. He looked so innocent & pure. His clothes weren't that expensive but dey were clean. I could picture him going to d university & doing something great wit his life

The tears started to flow. I cried right there on d road. Have i lost my chance lord? Will i ever make it again? I had dreams lord, great ones 4 dat matter. Can i ever achieve dem? Ain't it too late 4 me? I'm so confused; i'm tired of it all.
Everyone i used to know has abandoned me, no relatives, not even my siblings even remember i'm alive. sometimes I still managed to drop status on facebook but i don't get not even a single like not to talk of comment. The only people dat have visited re d people from dat girl's church who gave me d leaflet dat evening.


But i'm afraid to go to church! Of all places! Everyone will know about me again. Dey will laugh at me & call me names. Dey have a way of making me feel lost, dirty & hopeless. I know lord, i remember wat u said d last time, dat it doesn't matter wat anybody tinks, if dey treat me well all not, but its hard sometimes . Now i'm laying here, weak & wit little will to live. Its all meaningless, this life.

Sometimes tho, a certain feeling envelops me, its usually wen i wake up in d morning. I feel i could try, like something could yet come out of this mess called my life, but den i get out of bed & face d world & all my strength just vanishes. Can i be helped? kinginvahala used to say nothing is impossible. I don't know if i even dare to believe it. I have tasted of ur love, but lord, my strength is gone. Help me!
