Why would you say so I think the major issue people seems to have is the length it takes for items to reach their po ,and if a seller sells counterfeit and you can proof it your money is mostly returned ...not an advocate just saying

yes it's working well ma, freezes fast ,for the defrost rate I still don't really know ,we are pretty much getting close to 15h light so ..I probably would not be best person to answer that question..

thank you sir for your response,my previous deep freezer too was Thermocool ,that was the product I intended to buy but the price difference was 20,000 above my budget ,am returning the product today will get a replacement ,just wanted to know if rest point is a good product which will mean I had a bad unit ..
