I just got my refund request approved today after it was initially invalidated and told to wait 5 days.

Then click on open dispute

Click on Refund only

Did you receive your order ...click No

Dispute reason: purchase protection is running out and Package is still in transit.

Refund Amount: Indicate the amount.

Please specify why you are requesting for a refund.
Parcel never arrived destination.

That's all...I guarantee you will get for refund.

I have gotten refund for both Anker q30 but still waiting for my refund for the mibox s after refund has been processed. I strongly believe the fault is from the sellers. They are not sending things to Nigeria probably because of their reputation to steal things at custom and people not confirming they have received their products. But the major problem is the sellers.
Even usb cord I nor see

my buyer protection will expire in 8 days when should i file for refund ?
