It depends, most courts in Lagos don't have the prototype for the affidavits, as such, you will need to go with yours. edit the names and JAMB registration number. the name of the court will be the heading. They will stamp it with the court's logo firmly crested on it at the bottom and your passport at the top-left corner. But if you want to do it in Benin, just go with your passport only and they will do it for you.

Where is Bdg? you can even do it in Benin when you travel for Clearnace. I think at sapele road. But you might not be conversant with the environment outside school. Just look for a court and have it done. one affidavit should not cost you more than #500, don't allow those marauders siphon your money.

ijehk, the court should authenticate it with a bold stamp, else it might be discarded as invalid without a stamp.
Also, Your passport must be on the affidavit.

1. That I am a 100 level (full time) student of the department of Biochemistry, school of life science, University of Benin city.

2. That my JAMB Registration number is 36385421EI.

3. That I am aware of the rules and regulation of the university of Benin.

4. That I will not do anything to infringe on the rules and regulation of the university.

5. That I will not aid or abet any activities detrimental to the smooth running of university of Benin.

6. That the university of Benin is at Liberty to invoke necessary disciplinary action against me for acts unbecoming of the students of the university of Benin.

7. That I make these solemn declaration conscientiously believing same to be the and correct in accordance with the oaths law.

I was jogging this morning and I noticed a
person in front of me, about 1/2 a kilometer. I
could tell he was running a little slower than me
and I thought, good, I shall try to catch him. I
had about a kilometer to go my path before I
needed to turn off.
So I started running faster and faster. Every
block, I was gaining on him just a little bit. After
just a few minutes I was only about 100 yards
behind him, so I really picked up the pace and
push myself.
You would have thought I was running in the last
leg of London Olympic competition. I was
determined to catch him.
Finally, I did it!
I caught and passed him by. On the inside I felt
so good. "I beat him" of course, he didn't even
know we were racing. After I passed him, I
realized I had been so focused on competing
against him that I had missed my turn. I had
gone nearly six blocks past it. I had to turn
around and go all back.
Isn't that what happens in life when we focus on
competing with co-workers, neighbors, friends,
family, trying to outdo them or trying to prove
that we are more successful or more important?
We spend our time and energy running after
them and we miss out on our own paths to our
God given destinies.
The problem with unhealthy competition is that
its a never ending cycle. There will always be
somebody ahead of you, someone with better
job, nicer car, more money in the bank, more
education, a prettier wife/gf, a more handsome
husband/bf, better behaved children, etc.
But realize that "You can be the best that you can
be, you are not competing with no one."
Some people are insecure because they pay too
much attention to what others are doing, where
others are going, wearing and driving.
Take what God has given you, the height, weight
and personality. Dress well and wear it proudly!
You'll be blessed by it. Stay focused and live a
healthy life.
There's no competition in DESTINY, run your
own RACE and wish others WELL.

mehn... Ijehk, I never knew you could write so inspirationally. the part you said "There will always be somebody ahead of you" struck my Pneuma and Really got me thinking. thank you for this high-profile piece. It was worth the time.

Lol.. I am not a poet. my head is not ripe for such Laudable field. I am just a lover of words and writing because it makes me think and elongates my tentacles.. Thanks for the encomia. As for the emboldened, I love science and poetry, I just need to love something in order to do it very well.

You are wrong, and that's because my faith hasn't experienced any decline. You are partially correct, and thats because my patience is waning as the day goes by. I hate delay; its in my nature.

Anybody that belongs to ANAA and claims he/she is not getting impatient as days go by towards the list's delay is a big fat liar. The person never know where body for dey pain am.

I understand everything to a turn, I truly do. This year's admission is really dramedic From Uniben. The sky-high number of those with excellent scores has really made everything a survival for not jus the fittest, But The Luckiest! trust me, Some people will be admitted On grounds of sheer luck. It's natural for one to grow impatient when something keenly expected dithers.

I understand what you've said. Even before the exam was written, I knew this was going to be the most complicated Pume(admission wise) in the history of Uniben. The useless jamb transfer policy, which fortunately, met an untimely death was the final nail in the coffin.

Many good scores will be wasted this year. Hearts will be broken, dreams shattered.

Not an angel of doom, but thats the reality of the current situation. *heavy sigh*

hmm.. Yours Won't be among. bro, I have this striking feeling that your patience and faith wane by the day as the list delays. This is just an observation sourced from your recent posts. You can quote me wrong though.
