as for your question, the Date of birth on all your documents must be the same for a sweat-free Clearnace. the date on your Waec cert. must tally with that on your Jamb result and birth certificate, if they differ, you might swear an affidavit to cover the variance. that's why I want you to get the cert on time in order to ascertain These petty details.

I actually didn't reply because I wasn't too sure of the response I had wanted to give, so I skipped it to avoid Aggravating your predicament with a kwashiorkored piece of advice. your case is unique. swear an affidavit to start with. Also, You might not have much corrections to do as the three names are the same(just wrong placements). this is the little I can offer. good luck!
